My dentist anxiety is off the charts and they are very accommodating and sweet. Dr Burnes is efficient, kind, patient, and tells you everything he's doing so there's no surprises. I started going to Tropical Smiles a long time ago when Dr. Addington owned the practice, I moved and chose a dentist closer to home. Big Mistake! I came running back after the other dentist charged up front even with insurance and then reimbursed you weeks later, and tried to complete unnecessary procedures. Wendy and Abby and all welcomed me back and if we didn't just move to another state, I would continue to go to Tropical Smiles. They are seriously the best dentist in Brevard County!
