Awful experience, I had my appointment for 12pm. Waited around for 30 minutes before they took me back which involved taking someone who came in after me before myself. Once I was back there the dental technician didn't even bother to check my records where I had explained the situation I am going through. She even said she didn't check it which was why she was asking me what was going on. Aside from it all she had basically said due to the timing she wasn't going to be able to do a cleaning and only get my X-rays done and come back later for a cleaning even though that was what I booked my appointment for. This was a complete waste of time I've never had such a disappointing dentist visit. Save yourself the time and effort and avoid this location. read more

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST: IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY So much for the good news. After having my wife's then current dentist email a dental history activity, and a set of 7 separate x-rays, my wife made her first appointment. Dr. Fox refused at accept the x-rays, stating they were not easily readable and that she would have to do her own full set of x-rays. My wife then stated she would be happy to go to her other dentist and pick a fresh set of x-rays that she had paid for within the last few months. Dr. Fox refused to agree to this and said she would have to do her own x-rays. At that point my wife stated that she did not want to pay for a full set of x-rays and Dr. Fox refused to treat her unless she could do a new full set. At that point my wife left the treatment room and I met her at the front desk. The Staff person said that my wife was rude to the Dr. and my wife states it was the opposite. All my wife did was refuse to comply with the Dr.'s demands and left the treatment room. She has since made an appointment with a very reputable local dentist who states that the x-rays submitted to New Image are fine. I would never recommend using this company or this Dentist. It is our belief that his is one of those chain operations where it is all about the money and not the real needs or desires of the patient. read more

Lisan is the only hygienist I will see. She is fantastic. My experience has been just perfect. I am picky and have anxiety with my dentist appt. Lisan made me so comfortable. She is wonderful!!!! read more

Office is new and very clean. Felt very safe during covid. Staff is friendly efficient and explains everything. Dr Ahmed is gentle and has a great team. Highly recommend. Got us in within 24 hours when I was in pain. read more

I have been having the best experience with Dr Coelho and her assistant Tana. I feel very comfortable in her dentist chair. She does an incredible job. They sent me home with all the information on how to keep my teeth health. I would recommend this team to everyone. read more

I visited the office this week. Previously I had given them my insurance information and they assured me they participated. Then I got to their office and they took my information. Then after they ran x-rays and me being there for 90 minutes they told me they were not part of my network provider. (they did cancel the cost of the xrays) Upon leaving I told them they wasted 90 minutes of my time. I was very nice up to that point. So I called the provider who called them. They told the provider they were part of the network and they chose not to work with me. I find this office to be dishonest and they lack the administrative support that a professional dental office should have. fyi...the young lady who took my xrays was excellent. read more

I Love this office everyone was so nice the office is very clean the music was beautiful I felt like I was at a spa...they were very efficient I feel very confident that I am putting my Dental care in good hands. I called for a new patient appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant. I gave her all of my information. She then began to explain that they had limited seating and that, because of the pandemic, I may have to wait outside until they are ready and God only knows how long that might take as they obviously overbook. There is no concern for anyone else's time or wellbeing. I was stunned. This is Florida. We reach dangerous temperatures. I am 69 years old. She didn't say I could wait in the car until they were ready. This is a practice that treats their patients like barn animals without the barn. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment and I will be reporting them to the state before they seriously harm somebody. read more

So far, I like this office. I think Dr. Amed himself is great, I had my first cavity ever and he did so well filling it and everything. Going in, I didn't know what to expect and was nervous but it wasn't bad at all and you can't even tell I got a filling. I will keep updating my review as time goes on :). read more

New image replaced a crown that had fallen out with a new crown that never fit right. I returned to New Image numerous times to have it adjusted. The adjustments involved grinding the back side of the crown right down to the base metal layer. Within a couple months the crown fitting resulted in the tooth base itself breaking. The dentist wanted to put in an implant and claimed the $5000 plus price would be reduced to $3400 with a discount plan he recommended. I went to a total of three other dentist one in New York State and two locally in Florida. The result of all quotes determined the broken tooth was caused by the miss-fit crown and quote prices were all lower than the discounted price New Image had quoted. When I approached the office representative at New Image with the information and written quotes,she immediately called it hearsay and took a very defensive stance saying she would refer it to their legal department. Her reaction was not justified by any of my communication since I was just asking for remediation. The lack of hesitation in jumping to legal analysis appears to indicate this is not the first time the dental group has provided sub- par dentistry and have been questioned by other dentist on the quality of care given a patient. Both my wife and I terminated our relationship and will be picking a new dental group. We are continuing our search for remediation from NEW IMage Dentistry. read more

My friend Paul was referred to New Image Dentistry after having a very bad experience with Dr. Luong at Affordable Dentures and Implants. Dr. M Ahmed seen him and gave him every option he had along with explaining each procedure and giving him exact price quotes. The staff was very courteous and very polite and Dr. Ahmed was a very respectful Doctor. Dr. Ahmed walked him through his procedure and appointments and New Image Dentistry did a perfect job at giving him a great new set of teeth, an awesome smile and even saved him $800.00. Thank you to all the staff and to Dr. Ahmed! Paul has nothing but good to say about this staff and Dr. Ahmed and has been referring all his family and friends to this office! read more

Cancelled sons appointment as well as mine without notice. And refused to see us at our schedule. Only offered to make a new appointment. I have to schedule off work and take my son out of school for this. It was unacceptable. Will never try to schedule at this office again. Recommend other to go somewhere else. read more

Wish I didn't have to even give one star! My wife made an appt. for me on Thursday for an extremely painful broken tooth. She told them I wanted the tooth pulled and was told it would be no problem. I was told during my exam that they wouldn't pull the tooth until I had a Medical Clearance from my primary doctor. I got an appt. for 3:15 the next day with primary, but was told by dental staff they wouldn't be able to fit me in after that appt. and they set me up for Saturday at 11:15. I was told to have primary fax clearance as soon as appt. was over and call them to let them know. I called right away to tell them clearance was being faxed and I would be in on Saturday for my 11:15 appt. and I was told they couldn't see me on Saturday because they scheduled too many surgeries. I told them I was in severe pain and already had made an appt., but they insisted they couldn't help me and said Monday at noon was the soonest they could fit me in. So, instead of getting the help and relief I needed on Thursday, I had to wait until Monday (4 more days of excrutiating tooth, jaw and head pain). I will warn everyone I know that needs a dentist to stay away from New Image Dental... Not just the location in West Melbourne, but all of them. If a business that is supposed to help people can't be bothered to keep their word, then the whole organization is at fault for not holding each location to the highest standards of their profession! I hope the corporate headquarters gets to read this and some changes are made to ensure that future patients aren't treated with the same lack of care I was treated with. I am now in the process of finding a good dentist that won't give me the run around like New Image did!!! read more
