They are the biggest crooks in the valley. They lie and they over charge people for the parts and their work. They told me that on tuesday at 10am that my carburator was bad on my echo weed whacker and that my carburator wouldnt be in til friday. So I asked him if he had idea of what it was going to cost me he said no. 3 hours later his wife calls me and said my weed whacker was ready to be picked up so I said ok and asked how much was it going to cost me and she said $122 and some change. So I told her that I couldnt pick it up til friday and she said ok. So curious as to why so much money for a $12.99 carburator and 20 min worth of work to put it on and she blew up and said she does'nt have time to deal with me when shes the one with the big attitude over the whole deal. Went in on a Friday in early December to get my snowblower running again after it stopped tossing snow. Asked them to get it running and tune it up while they had it, got it back on the following Monday and it has been running strong for almost 2 months now in one of the stronger winters we have had in 15 years and I live up near Leavenworth. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. unprofessional, dishonest, rude, poor work ethic. Everything wrong in one place what a deal!! we have been taking our mower there for years for "repairs" and "maintenance" Took it in this year and the lady and man were both very rude. They basically complained about how they had to actually work and said "it hasn't had any maintenance in years" hmmm maybe because we brought it to YOU for maintenance and you say with your hand under your butt and charged us for laziness. The man then loaded the mower in to our trailer that tips down and up for loading and crashed into the front of the board breaking it didn't apologize and said "looks like I gave you work to do" as walked away not sorry I didn't mean to can I do anything to help repair it nothing just walked off not thanking us for spending the money he ripped us off for. We have had issues with the mowers head gasket and smoke. Anyhow $600 + later the man said "it will burn off some of that oil that leaked out for a while" well mean while I don't think they even did half the stuff they said they did because the mower is smoking worse then it did before and I have only ran it three times each smoking because he told me to expect it and if it continues after a while bring it back we will look at it. I called it's been a month so 3 mowing trips once each week and the smokes getting worse you'd think hmmm I've mowed three times since paying and getting the work "done" so I'll call and see if they will take a look at it. I called the lady answered and I said that I mowed three times the smoke is getting worse can you guys look at it, it shouldn't be having any issues and she raised her voice at me several times saying I should've brought it in sooner. I don't know who mowed more then once a week but after three times mowing you won't have a look at it? Huge rip off they don't get the job done I wish other people would get them out and take over so we can pay for at least something can be done right. Even the loading was a pain. I'd rather drive to Seattle. Horrible people and service in all aspects. We are headed to integrity now thanks for nothing you guys. I had already asked twice what I was wanting which should be easily understood by any engine Tech and I was asked again the third time which was strange.
