His staff was friendly and they definitely went above and beyond setting up my families home in a very short timeline. This was my first experience having to deal with managing an estate and I put my full trust in this company. My families home came with its own set up of issues, and Nick and his awesome team members definitely had their hands full but were able to navigate through it. ( Thanks guys!!) I got quotes from a couple different local estate companies and Canyon Estate was the most expensive for their services in comparison to other companies ( they received 55% and we got 45%) and they did charge us $1500 to stage and prep the house, but it was worth it to me since I was living out of state and they arranged everything for us from start to finish. I arrived about an hour before the estate sale ended and there were cars lined up and down the streets and the house was packed with people. We opted out of the final junk removal service since we wanted to save some money. Overall it was great experience during a stressful experience.

Because they set expectations early, we were pleased with the results. When the house was cleaned out, we figured to go to a real estate agent to get it sold. We knew the Estate Sale House also offered real estate services but figured we'd go with a personal friend. However, after meeting with the sales team at the Estate Sale House, we learned they could also coordinate a mild interior refresh and also handle the listing. They had already done so much work and were always professional, kept us informed and were honest about expectations, it made the most sense to stay with them. We couldn't be happier with the choice. We had the home sold relatively quickly and for a fair-market price. We can't recommend The Estate Sale House enough. The whole process was turn-key and every person we met or worked with was a true professional. Unprofessional and Untrustworthy - Would Not Recommend…read more Our experience with BV Estate Sale was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Their team was unprofessional throughout the process and misrepresented many of the items that were supposed to be sold. Despite the majority of the estate being completely cleared out, the amount of money we received was shockingly low and does not align with what was taken. We have extensive photos and videos of everything that was listed and present in the home, and based on that documentation, the payout we received simply does not add up. This raises serious concerns about how the sale was handled. To make matters worse, BV Estate Sale failed to return the key to the property, which is completely unacceptable and added another layer of stress to an already difficult situation. Going through the loss of a parent is hard enough without having to question the integrity of the company you trusted to handle an estate sale. The entire experience felt suspicious, and I feel betrayed and deeply discouraged. I would not recommend BV Estate Sale to anyone dealing with a loss or any type of estate sale.

They also brought their own items to my sale to sell...hmm.
