I was extremely disappointed we didn't actually cook anything. Everyone was very nice but my expectations for a $100 + cooking class per person were not met considering we didn't cook anything. I was handed a packet with all the recipes for the food we were "making". The first recipe was the crab rangoon except all we did was stuff the wonton wrappers and actually put it together. Same with the bao buns. At no point were the porcupine meatballs even a thing. They were made prior, mentioned, and put on our plates. Everything was made in advance. So I paid to fill wonton wrappers and get printed out recipes I could find online. Also, we weren't even going to get to stuff the bao buns. They were going to have a group of people do each thing - 1 to stuff the buns and the other crab Rangoon except I said I wanted to do the buns too so everyone got to do a couple. Honestly the food was bland except for the bao buns. I won't be using their recipes. Truely disappointed and feel like I was swindled out of money. They should be more forthcoming about what this "cooking class" entails. It's not actually cooking.

So I was apprehensive and Kayla was amazing she was really just spot on with what I liked she has a great nose and she wasn't just trying to get me to Buy a bunch of products. She was showing me and paying attention to what I wanted and even showed me how to layer the scent and the lotion where it would last longer. So I came back the next day and I bought a bunch of lotion and the perfume in the sense that she showed me.all because I was able to see that it does last a lot longer than it used to! I was shopping with my mom which has a walker, no courtesy at all while in line for check out. Moved us all like cattle , no please, start the line this way, or suggest kindly to move. One worker, said "NO, this isn't going to work at all" move. Too busy trying to move customers around the store to let anyone feel like they matter at all. Couldn't stand by one table to try the products, to decide which new ones were worth it. Definitely they do not have a policy in place for disabled people.

The white glove delivery/install experience by WIlliams-Sonoma/Hipolito Seattle, WA with Ryder Service was not worth the cost charged. My son and daughter will be here today to help me install the rug/pad correctly. We were considering addition purchase but will not use Pottery Barn for a new couch and rug if we have to go through the delivery Install service. Had I known, I would have put it in my SUV and installed them myself. The rug/pad were not aligned or centered. Pad was showing on one end, and they had no clue that we had purchased a pad with our new rug. I don't blame the delivery/install team as much as their supervise support in not preparing them with the information and training to meet the white glove service as it was sold by the Pottery Barn salesclerk.

But I would not be doing business or even considering getting another mattress from sit and sleep if it was not for Stephanie and the customer service manager that reached out to me after speaking with the manager at the Laguna Hills location. Stephanie was straightforward and intensive as well as fully capable of understanding what I was looking for and provided me with exactly what I was looking for inside the store! Having looked for a bad previously and at the other location was not fun. I didn't feel that I was being listened to when it came to the firmness And it was basically left to just sit on different beds rather than being shown exactly which one. I equate this to the original sales person assuming that I could not purchase not knowing how much money I made annually. Sorry but obviously considering the amount of commission and the amount of the purchase that I made with a different sales person that same week, I am sure the original sales person learned a lesson that day. However I was not aware of the issues with the mattresses that they do not have any longer and was looking for the replacement and that is when Stephanie stepped in. I did not have a great experience with the manager at the Laguna Hills location and so I decided to take my business somewhere closer to home And go through the Marietta location. I'm glad that I did that and came across Stephanie! I am hopeful that between her helping me find the bed that I was looking for within 20 minutes max just from listening to me and knowing her product! That and Waiting for the customer service agent to get back to me to rectify my situation at the other location. I am hopeful that I will be able to do business with Stephanie and with sit and sleep in the future based upon my positive experience with Stephanie today. I hope that she gets recognized as she not only saved the possible deal but also the reputation for the entire company and experience. I truly hope that she is utilized as an opportunity to retrain the staff in Laguna Hills. Thank you so much Stephanie!
