No call; no show!…read more I had an 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning appointment scheduled with this company for an estimate on a potential job. 8:30 a.m. came and went. No call; no show! I waited until about 11:30 a.m. and pulled the plug, giving up and realizing I have been stood up. Mind you, I work night shift, so I worked the prior Friday evening and got out of work at 4:00 a.m. . I shuffled home and got a few hours of rest and made sure I was awake, dressed and ready for them by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning to meet these guys, like a responsible human being does. My sleep was interrupted and my entire day was ruined because of this; only because some inconsiderate and irresponsible people can not manage to show up when an appointment was made in advance. They did not even have the decency or courtesy to call! I was livid! There is another review out there nearly identical to mine from another reviewer, so this company seems to have issues sticking to a date. As the matter of fact, I gave this company the benefit of the doubt to allow the entire weekend, plus the entire following Monday to contact me, before I have decided to leave this review, just in case they have recognized their mistake and called, apologized, showed up or whatever else. And still, I have been ghosted completely. It doesn't surprise me any, though. The phone call we had previously to schedule the appointment sounded somewhat unprofessional in tone and in people skills. And the evening prior to the scheduled appointment, I never received any reminder/confirmation call by them. None of this is shocking. Based solely on their incompetence to not call or show up for an appointment is enough to let everyone know how this company operates. Hit 'em where it counts...in their reputation...or lack thereof!

I needed to replace my fence. It's was a mess and it was long overdue. LV Fence has some good…read moreonline reviews and a friend of a friend of a friend said that they used them a few years ago so I figured why not? I called the office, left a message and got a call back a few hours later. We set up a date about two weeks later for the owner to come out and give me an estimate. Day of he comes out and from the time he parked the truck until the time he got back in it was maybe ten minutes. Asked two or three questions and said it was all he needed and that the quote would come via email within the next few days. About a week later the email and the same estimate shows up in the mail the same day. The estimate is insanely high. Closer to 20K than it is to 10K for 160-ish linear feet of 6ft basic white vinyl privacy fencing and 2 gates. I didn't ask for anything specialized, custom, top of the line or exotic. Only bare basics. WTH. After a few days I called the office and left a message about what the price would be if we removed the old fence ourselves and never got a response which is what I assumed would happen. I'll take their silence to mean...??...the job is too small and they don't want to deal with it since there isn't enough money involved so let's give an unrealistically high quote that checks the box that a quote was given even if I would have to be an idiot to agree to it? Again, I don't know. They never returned my call or my follow up email so I'll take their silence to mean that it's time to move on, and I did, to another company who did a fantastic job for less than 10K. I get it. It's a crazy world we live in right now with supply chain issues, soaring prices and companies having lots of ongoing staffing issues which is why my rating isn't lower. But at the end of the day, there are times when you just get a vibe or feeling that the person/company you're dealing with isn't interested and that's exactly what I think happened here.

The men did an amazing job. I cannot even begin to tell you how satisfied I am and how beautiful my back yard looks. My husband decided to have our garage refinished than decided to chop down 2 pine trees than decided well , let's have the fencing redone. Our backyard looks amazing now and I am in love. We went with this company because of their good reviews online and their pricing was affordable and Brian who came out to take measurements was very friendly and explained everything to me. ( I had allot of questions) Our backyard has an alley way behind it and its highly used. so this new found privacy that we now have is beyond exciting. I want to give a HUGE shout out to the men who installed our fencing. they truly went above and beyond my expectations. ($7,000 cheaper than our highest and $2,000 cheaper than the average) Everyone who we came in contact with was very professional and helpful.
