If you are not a designer or decorator, you are still welcome to borrow books; there is a $50.00 fee to use the resource room and 100% of the fee will be applied to your order. If you were planning on copying info & ordering on-line or through "a friend", then you will most likely have an issue with the fee. If you like the use of the convenient resources and the friendly professional service, then you will feel right at home. You should have no problem with the fee, because your intentions are true.
