Unfortunately, our experience with Joybird's product durability and customer service has been disappointing. Recently, the ball bearings on the drawer runners rusted and fell off, making the drawers unusable. When we reached out to customer service--willing to pay for replacement parts--we were told that Joybird doesn't offer support or replacement parts for furniture older than six months. No repair options, no parts for purchase--just nothing. For a $2,000 dresser, that's unacceptable. Furniture at this price point should be built to last, and if issues arise, there should be a way to fix them. Unfortunately, Joybird seems more focused on selling new pieces than supporting their existing customers. If you're considering buying from them, be aware that if anything goes wrong after six months, you're on your own.

I still loved it veryyyyy much so a new couch had big shoes to fill! Joybird caught our eye for awhile from mostly Instagram ads, but we confirmed with the couple people we know with one that they are good couches that they would 100% get again. I am never ever one to buy something as expensive as this without an in person sit test so we planned to go check it out at this showroom and I am so so happy we did. We were confirmed that they are beautiful couches, and we also discovered that the couch we originally liked was wayyyyyy to firm for our taste. After a few more sit tests we found one we loved. And after lots of deliberation we found a fabric we also loved. The Anton Sectional (basically just a big chaise) looked great in the store and even better (if I do say so myself) in our living room. And so much love to Aiza, the saleswoman who had been extremely attentive to us during our search. She gave us info when we needed it and space when we wanted to keep looking/chat amongst ourselves. There was another woman there who was extremely kind and helpful as well, even after she knew we were already working with Aiza, she was just there to chat, offer opinions on colors, etc. They helped us see the color swatches we liked in different lights, took a look at pictures of our rug and offered suggestions on what would look best and made a big decision a lot less intimidating. We left with a couch purchased and ready to be shipped! And even after warning us that they very rarely will be shipped earlier than expected, our came about 2 weeks before we were initially told, a holiday miracle maybe?? Delivery was easy. Scheduling it was no problem at all and now we have a big, beautiful, comfy new couch that our dog is fairly obsessed with.

Because the so far came with such a good deal. The product I bought with has the condition of Like new, So I went through the website to make sure of the condition I expected. I also check out all the policies , including how to return the products and how much they charge for such a process. I booked the delivery date in advance and kaiyo gave me a 4-hour delivery window, which they made it on time. They sent me a notice through SMS 15 mins prior to their arrival as well, so I had enough time to prepare. The items arrived, and the staff brought it up to my apartment (building with elevator). They unwrapped it and were very friendly at any point when I wanted to examine the items. I looked through everything. Even the coffee table I bought with the condition 'gently used' looked like new-ish too. Very very pleased. Hope this review will help people make good decisions when it comes to saving and protecting the environment.

I bought a mattress for my apartment over 10 years ago with Bob's. It was a great mattress at first, but I noticed it began sinking in the middle over the last year. I have scoliosis, so a good quality mattress is really important to me. I decided to go back to Bob's for a mattress because they have a pretty good selection of mattresses at fair prices. When arriving, I was greeted by Fatima, who encouraged me to try all the mattresses until I made a decision. In conversing with her, I happened to mention my last mattress was from Bob's, and that it was sinking in the middle. Well, Fatima looked up my account and realized it was under warranty! She called her supervisor to confirm, and they gave me over 800 dollars back towards a new mattress. I was floored, and did not expect to come in and get such a discount! Keep in mind, however, in order for this warranty to be honored, you have to buy the mattress and the protector - which I did. I did the same thing this time around, too. And Fatima encouraged me to speak up if I didn't like this new mattress. They have a 90 day sleep guarantee, and she said "If you don't like it, come back and get the firm." I really appreciated that Fatima took the time to advocate for me, and I hope I love this new mattress. It was literally delivered an hour ago! (And the delivery service was great. The gave me a window the day before, I was able to track where the truck was, and the men were in and out in less than a half hour. They took the old mattress, no problem.) Really, I could not be happier!
