Melinda's rocked our annual 2025 Halloween Party. Once again this year she provided the professional balloon employee that made fantastic balloons for the children. As for the party decor it was basic but believe me the kids were more focused on the balloons and the sweet treats. Again this year I recommend Melinda's for all your children's parties. I was invited to attend again this year as everyone in my community knows I'm like Peter Pan I'm not going to grow up!! I hope you enjoy my photos. I had fun taking them. I hired a DJ through Melinda for a corporate event (holiday party) and we were blown away by how amazing the whole process was. Fantastic, fun glitter tattoos for 2-5 year olds at our child's recent birthday party! The artist was kind, professional, and accommodating to all of the kids' multi-color requests. I would definitely book again. The communication was fantastic, and everything unfolded exactly as we'd planned. I hired Melinda for a large-scale party at the Yale Club of New York City. The party had 400 guests, and at certain moments in the night special envelopes were given out to individual party-goers with instructions on how to find Melinda, who was hidden in a specific part of the club. The lucky ones who found her received gorgeous (grown-up) face-painting, and returned to the party, now mysteriously adorned, only to be bombarded with compliments for the rest of the night! Soon everyone was dying to find out where Melinda was, and people were begging for the magical envelopes that would lead them to her. Young adults (mostly 20s) were sent straight back to childhood upon witnessing the magic Melinda artfully created. On top of her incredible skill, Melinda was a dream to work with, going above and beyond at every turn with a spirit of positivity and generosity. Both were incredibly patient with the kids, as well as fast which matters when you have 30 kids all wanting a balloon! The pricing was also very reasonable and Melinda was really easy to work with. We contacted Melinda to about a small children's party in our apartment. I just had to gush about Donetta who works with Melinda and did our party--I cannot begin to say how amazing she was--she totally went above and beyond. She was energetic, warm and patient with the girls, not to mention talented! I have never seen our daughter be so happy! She made these amazing balloons for all the girls, painted everyone's faces beautifully (adults included), and sang songs with props--all within the confines of a little child's room. And Melinda was so easy to coordinate with--she was so responsive and patient, and outlined exactly what to expect. The artists we had for our toddler son's birthday party were phenomenal! The face painter is an absolute artist-her work is incredible. She can design ANYTHING! The balloon twister; she was out of this world! She made a jet pack (!) Elmo, Cookie Monster, T. rex, cow with floating butterflies (!), a chicken hatching from an egg (!) - full intricate shapes; the line to see her was so long! The musicians were fun, high energy, sang all the age appropriate songs, had fun activities and props to engage my guests of ALL ages, and were the life of the party! Melinda was easy to talk to over the phone when we booked her for our daughter's 2 year old birthday party. She came on time the day of the party and set up quickly with no hassles. Her face painting was AWESOME! She is really good, not just "I do this for fun on the side" good but really amazing. She worked super fast too, got every kid and plenty of adults painted with really cool designs in the hour she was there. My husband and I would like to thank Melinda for sending such an amazing Elsa character to my daughter Sofia's birthday party last month. My daughter requested a ballet birthday for her 5th birthday and Melinda and her ballerina Tiffany delivered one to remember! Melinda was professional and extremely easy to work with. She was even able to accommodate a special request by the birthday girl to put on a show for the parents by choreographing a short piece involving all the children with the birthday girl at the center. We started off with face painting. Melinda was quick and detailed and everyone looked fantastic. The party continued with a short ballet demonstration by Tiffany who was dressed in full regalia. She then show the kids her point shoes and passed them around for the kids to see and feel and then continued with a great movement class. All the kids, both boys and girls, were engaged and participated. Afterwards, a show for the parents and a bubble dance party. Tiffany stayed for photos with the kids and to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl. Parents were commenting that it was the best party they've been to and we have Melinda and Tiffany to thank for that! Truly an amazing day. read more
