Ladies you know how uncomfortable it can be when you get a pap smear. Well after talking to Dr. Roberts for a few minutes, I was ready to kick open my legs and say AHHHH lol Her staff is also amazing. I normally HATE giving blood, because I have deep veins and it always takes the nurse a few tries (the old insert needle, pull back needle, wiggle left/right, completely pull out needle and try other arm) This lady (sorry I don't know her name) got it on the first try! Praise the Lord! Two more things 1. She LISTENS!! I told her about a surgery I wanted to have done, but my insurance company believes it to be a cosmetic surgery. She LISTENED to my reasoning and actually took me serious and is following through. We're going to watch and see! 2.She told me I was overweight. I tried to argue hat African American women are healthier and the BMI charts aren't meant for 'US'.... She wasn't having it and told me I need to loose weight! lol I love the honesty! Check her out. It was just a 10 minute computer test of my response times. This one, 10 minute online test cannot adequately determine whether I have ADHD or not. Dr. Brockman didn't ask a single question about my experiences or ADHD traits. He had me do the test and then sent me on my way. I will definitely be getting a second opinion and reporting this office. I do not recommend this business.

I have the voice-mails. I was called a liar & that made things worse on my mental health. When I explained to David Register NP about it he was cold. He downed my sych meds & suggested maybe I should see another sych. YES, HE CUT MY MEDS DOWN & OFF. Asked if I was suicidal but I was still on my meds. After a month I attempted suicide & it's all I could think of. I couldn't leave my house w/o having uncontrollable shakes & high blood pressure. My heartbeat was heavy & fast. I couldn't eat or function. I became unstable again. Right back to why I went there for help. I'm very grateful to now have a wonderful psychiatrist & will see my new counselor telehealth. It's a beautiful, clean & very caring atmosphere.

He was sent a pre- authorization form from my insurance company to sign and he refused to sign it. I called his office and she gave the message to him and said he was not signing it. He told the receptionist to tell me if I wanted them to pay out of pocket. Then he sent in a very low dose of another prescription and lowered the dose till none left. I inherited my problem. My mother,my father and my sister all have the same thing and take meds for that condition. I've been taking meds since the 70's. My insurance company knows what he's doing and has filed a complaint against him. A grievance. I'm filing one with the Virginia state Attorneys office as well as the medical board. He's the one who needs help. He's evil treating us this way. I'm not the only person he's done this to. I strongly advise you to make a better decision then I did.Thanks Bruce
