All 5 of them. The secretary was rude and not helpful at all. I explained to her that we had to leave work early for all these appointments and she told me "These are lawyers. There schedules change all the time " I was taken back by this comment. Then she hung up on me. I tried calling back and they never answered the phone. I hope their lawyers read these comments because their office staff is ruining their reputation and business. So disappointing.

If they send your calls straight to voice mail after a minute of speaking with someone and can't return a simple message then that's a definite red flag. I would look elsewhere. People there's plenty of attorneys that do have better gatekeepers and offer free consultations just do a free consul google search, if a free consul is what you need to begin. Good Luck!

A very odd and unprofessional experience. I was referred to Andrew by Legal Shield. The initial…read morecall was great, and I sent him the file on my case. After review, we spoke again, and instead of taking the case on contingency, Andrew wanted to do a retainer with hourly plus contingency, which I agreed to, and even insisted on increasing the contingency percentage. I told him I could fund the retainer and start the case in about three weeks. At this point, his demeanor changed significantly, and it got awkward. He then told me to call him back when I was ready to start and that he wouldn't sent the agreement to be reviewed until then. Odd, but I agreed. I called him back sooner than originally forecast, 20 days later, ready to start the case and fund the retainer, but it went to voice mail. Over the next few days I left several voicemails and texts until I finally got a text reply that he wasn't interested in working with me. I said I was sorry to hear that, and asked why but did not receive a reply. I sent a follow-up asking for the reason, but still no reply. Very unprofessional; should have believed the other reviews.

His reply was that he didn't have time to contact him and that we needed to reschedule- mind you I only used 45 seconds of our 30 minute consultation so I'm not sure how dialing my husbands phone number would be an inconvenience for him. His tone was rude and I expressed my observation to him and his reply was unapologetic. I called Marble Law and expressed my dissatisfaction in their referral and with this attorneys unprofessionalism. They immediately apologized and assigned me another attorney. This wasn't a pro Bono case and we are paying for legal representation. I work for a hospital and deal with people everyday and would never speak to patients the way he spoke to me. If you provide a service then building relationships is key and you don't accomplish that by being condescending and rude.
