I could have passed on it. Will I be back? Probably not. Do I recommend? Yes, I say try it since they have other options that you may like.

Upon walking in, there was only one person in front of me in line, but no worker in sight. The location was cold and not as bright as the Fairburn location. The worker did eventually come back up front and it appears she was working by herself.... Taking orders as well as preparing them. I ordered my mango peach cobbler and had my mouth ready to bite into its deliciousness. It didn't take her long to "prepare" my order, which I was happy about because I had to work in an hour. So I raced home and realized the cobbler wasn't even warm in the bag. This was shocking because it was piping hot from the other location we went to. Anyhow, I got home and took it out the bag and instantly knew that it wasn't the same. It looked a gooey mushy COLD mess. I did try it and it just wasn't good at all. I then waited until after I ate dinner. I heated it up and paired it with the ice cream.......... Still a mess. I'm highly disappointed and didn't even take the time to take a picture. However, I will travel to the Fairburn location in the future.

When I tell you that walking into the building was a mesmerizing treat. I'm talking WHEW! As soon as I opened the door, all I could smell was Butter, Sugar, Vanilla, Fresh Crust and Goodness!!!! I could just stand inside all day. LoL!!! As this wasn't my first time, I tried my HARDEST to pick only one flavor, and I failed. As I am fine with this failure, I decided to get a flight. My flavors of choice were; Sweet Potato Cobbler - Ripe, buttery sweet potato chunks sit below a tender flaky pie crust, topped with sweet pecan pralines, giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor. Cinnamon Praline Cobbler - Ripe, sweet peaches, warm cinnamon and pralines sit below a tender, flaky pie crust giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor. Warmed to perfection then topped with homemade pralines. Blackberry Cobbler - Plump, ripe blackberries sit below a tender, flaky pie crust, giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor. And of course, the Queen... Peach Cobbler - Ripe, sweet peaches sit below a tender, flaky pie crust giving this cobbler a sweet homemade flavor. I'll be honest, even after eating all 4 (don't judge me), I still can't choose just one. The Sweet Potato was sweet but not too sweet and made me think of family holidays. The Cinnamon Praline attacked my taste buds and made me melt with every single bite. I tried my hardest to savor it to no avail. I devoured it. The Blackberry Cobbler is vibrant and has the robust fruity flavor of traditional cobbler, and sits well on the tongue. Lastly, the Queen Peach still reigns supreme with her traditional capture of sweet goodness and buttery warmth.... Yeah... They all go there!!!! On a Scale of 1 to 10, PCF gets a 34. Usually I just get some…read morecoffee, and the coffee is good, but this time I decided to try some of their pastries because they look so pretty and it is a bakery, after all! We tried three different pastries, and none were great. The cheese danish was the worst. It wasn't made on flaky pastry. It was like a thick, chewy slab of pizza crust with some cheese and jam on top. Literally, the texture and taste was exactly like a thick, stale pizza crust. So confusing. The chocolate macaron was hard as a rock. We went across the street to the bookstore after and got macarons that were delicate, soft, and melted in our mouths, and the difference was striking. The gf pop tart was the best of the three, but even that was doughy and falling apart so that's not saying a lot! Overall, for a bakery, I was really disappointed. Coffee is consistently good, but man. The pastries really fell short.

The space inside is modern chic and so inviting. They had TONS of pastry and sandwich options and I couldn't resist ordering a gluten free blondie. I ordered an iced matcha with almond milk and half pump of simple syrup. My husband just ordered an americano. It did take awhile to get our order-there were two other people ahead of us, but you could tell that everything was handcrafted. Everything we ordered was delicious! I found the Matcha a little too sweet for my liking even with half pump simple syrup. The blondie was divine. Service here was wonderful too.
