The staff was super friendly and really knowledgeable about all the different kupcakes. They helped me pick out the Purple Rain and gave great descriptions of the flavors without making it feel overwhelming. I ended up getting some work done while I was there, and the window seat became my favorite part of the visit. Plenty of natural light, a calm atmosphere, and perfect for a little people-watching while you type away.

I first found her on a community page for the city due to her selling her goods at The Farmers Market. The flavors I purchased were: Sweet Po Cheesecake, Banana Pudding Cheesecake and Plain Cheesecake. Sweet potato is just one of my favorite flavors. This cheesecake is so delicious but you will instantly mmmm as soon as it hits your palate. The baker is no stronger to using bold spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon and the ginger snap cookie on top of it is a bonus. It has a nice sweetness as well. Very rich. Banana Pudding is also very tasty. It most definitely is a banana thing. The presence is there and it's not the essence. It tastes like she used a real banana not just flavoring. Oh my oh my oh my. Quite heavenly. I tasted a little of each and saved half of it for later. My daughter said the plain cheesecake was just as good and not overly sweet. I would be happy to buy from here again and I'm sorry that I haven't patronized sooner. As I was scrambling to find a caterer, I stumbled across Cakes and Treats of Atlanta and I am forever grateful. I reached out last minute, a week in advance, for almost 90 treats. She asked if email or text was faster and I chose text and everything moved more swiftly and smooth than I could have imagined. I sent over the color scheme, my order and gave creative freedom. THEN I had the audacity to want to add a CAKE even more last minute and add a picture. Yamesia didn't hesitate to help me figure out the correct size for the cake and photo seeing as it was ONLY for the bride and groom. Business hours start at noon but she offered to come in early if I needed. She was very accommodating to my last minute add ons, pick up changes and questions. To my surprise, Yamesia used the photo on the oreos as well and that literally brought tears to the brides eyes at drop off. We had spent hours putting the same photo label on the party favor champagne bottles so now the cake, treats and party favors all match. I couldn't thank her enough. She is so friendly and knowledgeable about her art, unlike many of the new "bakers" popping up in the city just to make a quick buck. You can tell that Yamesia is ACTUALLY passionate about each dessert she creates. Affordable and delicious? Sign me up and keep it coming. It also is an event space. They were on time when we came to pickup and was easy to find. I highly recommend this company, we found our new birthday cake baker. The cakes and cookies were soft, moist and flavorful without being too overpowered with sugar. It was a perfect blend. I ended up visiting the store location and when I got there, the lady was cutting brownies on the baking sheet and packaging them. She had just baked the cupcakes that morning too. So I left with freshly baked brownies and more cupcakes to share with my children ( can't honestly say I actually shared though).
