Have been going here for 5 years and never had a problem until the other day the newer Office staff that is half my age scolded me and then left a sticky note on his heartworm pill box she said was "from the veterinarian" about how I should be more consistent with my purchases. My dog is 13 and has never tested positive although we occasionally miss doses if we can't get over there during their very limited office hours. he is an indoor dog that is well cared for. read more

Not taking new clients !! Just wanted to neuter stray male in my Yard. It's no wonder we have the problem with cats in this areas.

Would not recommend this place if you want to keep your pet alive. My dog went in to be treated for dehydration and left not being able to walk. They did nothing for her. They just wanted to drug her up. The vet wasn't even smart enough to figure out she had a UTI. I had to do that. I continually told them something was wrong with her back and they didn't listen. They lied to me about having other vets that could help her. In the end the lack of medical care ended up costing my dog its life. read more

Always good service and surprisingly affordable. It's worth driving 30 min there. I've been taking my cat there for 7 years.

My dog was hit by a car earlier this week and the clinic we took him to was going to charge me $2600 for his surgery. Mueller James is his primary vet so we went for a second opinion. The vet was so wonderful to talk to. I was expecting to be in and out and he talked with me for almost an hour about our options for my dog. He surgery is 1/5th of the cost! And the consultation was very reasonably priced as well. For this to be an emergency it obviously wasn't planned for. They were so great and understanding of that. The staff is super friendly too. I would recommend them to any one looking for any kind of pet care in southern Illinois. read more
