I even picked up a pencil plant or euphorbia tirucalli for you succulent aficionados out there. This is a gift shop that compliments their indoor plant shop! It has house decor, greeting cards, candy, candles, kid and dog toys, totes, and more! I really wanted the plant lady door mat and gonna see if it's there when I need a replacement for mine. It's quaint and smaller than I imagined. You've got to look up and down and all round so you don't miss all the different items offered. They will gift wrap your gifts even if you didn't buy it there. Today was awesome bc they treated us to HiFi cookies. I was told they will have them for sale in the future! My husband also has been treated great here so when I told him about my bad experience with Holly he was shocked because that is NOT how the ladies act here normally. Now when I came in on July 6th around 6pm it wasn't a good experience. It was actually very uncomfortable and very upsetting the way I was treated by Holly. When I came in she asked did I need help but I actually had a return and exchange (two separate transactions) immediately she seemed like she didn't want to do it. As I gently set the candles on the counter one tipped over and I checked it and saw the edge was cracked a little so I said is it ok I still return? She barely responded so I had to ask again then she half way responded. After that happened she acted very angry and was silent the entire time. I felt like anything I say will set her off like I was on egg shells with her. She then said I didn't need to give her both receipts bc all she needed was one but that was incorrect because I was handling two separate purchases. She seemed to be struggling to understand the receipt so I tried helping her. I actually felt wow I was polite to her and she has such a ugly attitude. It was even more upsetting because my young son was with me and the look on his little face he knew his mommy wasn't very happy. She acted as if she was superior over me and like she doesn't talk to people of color I took it as. She made this very uncomfortable for me and I was just ready to leave the store. My mother was so upset by me telling her how I was treated she called up there and actually spoke to Holly and told her how you serviced my daughter in silence was very rude to her. She immediately said I wasn't trying to and I am just not very good at returns. Wow. So behave rudely, unprofessional and mean because you don't know how to do something? She should be honest with her management and let them know she is not comfortable doing returns and get more training so this doesn't change how she treats people. Whether this is true or not she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt it was about my race honestly because of how mean and hateful her attitude was when I did nothing to her. I still would like to speak to the manager Paula about her because she didn't make this store look good that night. She needs to be addressed and aware of how she acts and how that makes people feel. I happen to be mixed race black and white and to be treated that way made me feel she was trying to act better or superior. I will continue to shop here because I love the other ladies because they are so sweet and genuinely helpful but if I see Holly I will turn right around and leave.

Like most B&BW locations, the space is packed from entry to exit, wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Every nook and cranny is occupied by a lotion, spray, soap, accessory or scent of some kind. This does make it tough to move around when it gets busy, which is why I try to avoid this location during peak hours and the holiday season. While the stock and layout is pretty consistent with other locations, the service is a bit hit and miss. They seem to be less welcoming and friendly than other locations. Maybe it is the mall crowd? I mean, I get. I do appreciate the expansion of their men's line of lotions, colognes and scents. Overall, Bath & Body Works comes in clutch when needed and this location is convenient...sometimes.
