It has now been 3 weeks and I just called them back... the receptionist was nicer this time but we will see if/when I ever get a valid rec in the mail from them....

I got home so excited and wanted to show my kids that we found a spot. They were looking at what we bought and unfortunately told us it was CBD. I felt so scammed and misdirected from the owner. And he said CBD and that's when my daughter proceeded and said my mom and uncle went and if we can return it. He said specifically "I didn't hold a gun to their head" and refused the return. Why would he say that? I felt like he just wanted a sale and didn't emphasize that it was HEMP and tried to play off that it's technically Cannabis to make a sale. Stick the $60 up your butt and karma will come to you. Good luck staying in business with this mentality. And don't bother replying with a general customer service response like you did to my daughters when you specifically said "you didn't hold a gun to my head" because we spoke to you and you were so rude.

Worst customer service and product I have ever encountered…read more bud Is always dry, under weight, bottom shelf. They tell you one hour delivery , the 2 hours later u have to call to get update when they say delivery guys is around the corner.. then over an hour later delivery guy calls saying he is 30-40 out! this has happen multi times with med guys and when delivery is as discribed the product sub par, dry, etc. We asked for some kind of discount for the incovenice of having to change our plans to wait extra 3+ hours more than time given. They said buy another 8th and they will give an little discount on that! lol not on the order in question, again poor customer service.
