That took me up and down. I can really say that with the support groups that they have, it gives you guidance and you don't feel like you are at it alone. For when I started this post to now I have been in the program for 9 days now and I have lost 15 pounds already. Is a choker to be honest!! Is a different type of weight loss, I can see it in my body. I have been sticking to my diet and following everything that they told me and I feel that my results are wonderful. The room is all tile with a shower and the table with the solo sauna tube on it. They leave you & don't bother to check on you until the treatment is over & when the timer with an annoying, high screech, beeps for a while. I doubt the table is ever wiped down by the looks of the shower. You sweat profusely so the table is soaked with sweat when you are finished. The floor was dirty, I took flip flops & didn't dare stand barefoot on the floor or in the shower. The shower was disgusting, it had used pieces of soap and half used sample bottles of shampoo, shower gel etc on the floor. To top it off there was hair all over a pump bottle of shampoo. My appointment was at noon during the week so I doubt it got that way in a few hours. Needless to say I will NEVER go back, my other treatment will go to waste. I refuse to catch a disease.
