Here we go again, strike three. Today I get a pass due invoice from Cornerstone Foot and Ankle in…read moreCherry Hill. This $9.22 invoice is for a balance they say I owe from January 7, 2025. It is now April 2, 2025, three months later. When I was in their office I paid my $10 co-paid when I entered as always. After visit of Jan 7 I returned to front desk after my visit incase I had a bill. You'd think at that time they would say I have a $9.22 balance due. No, I was told to just sign a paper and leave which I did. In February when I was due for follow up but was in the hospital they contacted me about my appointment and my daughter who answered was told their was this $9.22 "balance due". It was not a priority and given my condition at the time I did not address it. Next time I heard from them I was while I was on a plane headed home after a family emergency. The girl tells me I owe a balance. I tell her I don't know what for and on a plane I can't talk. Now I get a bill. You would think, if there was a balance owed at the end of a visit I would be informed then when closing at the desk. This office is ridiculous. They have seen me for the last time as I send them their $9.22 for lunch. Find someone else and save the headache until they can handle their billing practices and front desk.

Total gaslighting, from the front desk person (whoever answers the phone), to the dr., to bringing…read morea student into the exam room without asking the patient's permission -- not supposed to treat a patient that way. The student didn't say a word to me, yet the dr spent most of his time talking to her. I took a risky medication that he prescribed me, only on the condition that he assured he would call me before it was time to stop it, so I would know how to proceed from there. No call, no email, nothing, despite my contacting them. When he finally called almost a week too late, he lied and said that i didnt get done the studies he ordered. Lied, or he never checked, bec I got them allll done. When I called back, the receptionist claimed she wasnt allowed to contact the radiology place to confirm i'd gotten the studies done, which sounds also like a lie. Then she refused to give the dr my message, and instead said she was going to give him her personal dictation notes. Oh and SHE was annoyed, and hung up. Someone is telling these (mostly young) people that they are doing us a favor if they even bother to talk to us -- rather than that we are paying customers of their business, and we expect a service, including respect. I would NEVER go back to this location.

He had the task of repairing a torn meniscus, among other tears and other issues I had due to an injury. Dr. Levy's attention to detail was priceless and his willingness to share everything with my daughter and I put us both at ease. My daughter was so thankful that Dr. Levy even spent time explaining what happened during surgery with her while I was in recovery. From the entry into Summit Surgical at 5:45 am, up until my departure, Ashley (my driver and daughter) and I were treated beautifully. The entire staff working with Dr. Michael Levy was attentive and very thorough. Day 1 at home I followed his instructions and must say I was feeling wonderful. On Day 2: Took Bandages off, rewrapped and everything looked great! Feeling good. Dr. Michael Levy rocks!

You have to go in and pay another fee, another co-pay to even get basic lab results. They also refuse to send anything via e-mail and claim there is no access to e-mail in the entire office. I had to physically come in and get my daughter's results to discuss with her pediatrician because the doctor we saw was out for days and nobody there would discuss it with us over the phone. This type of policy is about making money and not about serving patients. Very unfortunate.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE…read more I pay my bills faithfully. Whenever I go to an appointment, any appointment (dentist, doctor, etc.) and the FIRST thing I ask is "do I owe you any money?" This place sent a letter(snail mail) that showed I hadn't paid since August of last year. I've been there a couple of times since and I got nothing as to my bills. Today 3/21/25, I got a nasty email (in my opinion) stating I owed them since last August and if they didn't hear back in 30 days, further action would be taken. Paid the bill and I'm NEVER GOING BACK! Not worth the aggravation and there are a heck of a lot more podiatrists out there. If I could give a negative feedback score it would be -1 star. Poor business habits aren't my problem.

Every time we had an appt, it was at least an hour wait. This last time we were gone 3 hours, and…read morewe're 10 minutes away. While we waited, 2 other patients left because they were told one hour wait. I laughed and they understood. I've called to see if they are on time and have been told yes. When we got there, there were 3 ahead of us! This last time, I said we'll be back then, okay? Rina said no because if he moves ahead, the whole schedule will be off. So we sat. We know that for Special ones, like basketball stars, they are taken as soon as they get there. We had a doc who did that for us also. I would call and be told how long they were behind and to come later. We would then be the next to go in. This ofc obviously lies about the wait and lets you just sit. Another time we asked about a friend who has a foot problem. Dr. Levine told us about the OONA boot. Of course, he knows the inventor. I called to make an appt for it, but had to cancel. After that I only got the voicemail and left several messages to reschedule. No one ever called. I also got a bill for a service I didn't even know existed. I was credited. The office staff doesn't seem to know how to schedule appts, treat people, be honest, and offer other solutions to make the backlog more tolerable. I will be writing to the office manager, Janine. Maybe she is savvy enough to change their ways before they lose all the patients. By the way, Dr. Levine is nice, but, wow, can he talk. He does more of that than trimming nails. He seems to know everyone worth knowing, very rich folks, artists, sports stars, inventors. You get a story with every appt., like it or not. I may have hurt his ego this last time. I didn't want to say a word to him, so we could get out of there. He asked if I was going to be mad at him for the whole appt. Trying to keep my feelings down, I just said I was bored and getting sleepy. He apologized several times, and used emergencies and longer appts as an excuse. But every time???? There are plenty of other places that know what an appt is. One upside this time. The must have gotten a new radio. The other was was mostly static, which didn't help sitting looking at others falling asleep or looking at a garish, huge shoe.
