DO NOT TRUST THE "LIFETIME WARRANTY"! I called ahead to ask…read moreif the lifetime warranty on my tint covered sun fading, and the woman on the phone confirmed that it did. But when I arrived at the shop, she completely changed her story. The staff inside inspected my car and agreed the tints were faded--especially the rear window. My car was supposed to be tinted 20% all around, but you can clearly see in the photos that the front windshield is much darker than the back. One of the workers even pointed that out himself. Things took a turn when he called the owner to confirm, and she got on the phone pretending like I hadn't called just two hours earlier. She claimed the shop had "changed owners" the same year I got my tint done, and because of that, they no longer honor the lifetime warranty. If that's the case, why did she tell me otherwise on the phone? Why keep the same shop name, same logo, and same prices--but conveniently refuse to honor warranties from the "old owner"? To make it worse, she offered to redo the tint--for $20 less than what I paid originally. Not exactly a solution when I just wasted a 45-minute drive and had already been misled. Giving two stars only because the workers inside were respectful and admitted the sun fading was obvious. Otherwise, it'd be a one-star review. Bottom line: Save your money and skip the warranty--they'll find an excuse not to honor it. And who knows... they might just "change owners" again when it's inconvenient for them.

I got full coverage exterior PPF, some interior PPF and window tints for my Panamera GTS here. The price won't be the cheapest around but its very reasonable and you will get the best job done. Cheaper shops use pre-cut/printed pieces of PPF that dont fit perfectly, you'll see the edge of the PPF on each body panel. These guys lay down massive uncut pieces, and cut them by hand to fit your car. All edges are rolled into or under each panel so you don't see a single edge anywhere. I've had compliments on how well this PPF is done from friends, car detailers, and mechanics. They'll take care of you after sale too. Took about a week to get my PPF done. A few weeks later, I came back for them to check all of the edges to make sure everything was perfect. Over a year later, I noticed one spot on the side skirt that must have taken a big pebble and they fixed it for free.

They respond within 2hours. 2nd, I was told to come in the next day to discuss in detail. Place is clean. Checking out what other customers are doing to their cars, Waiting room has comfortable sofa's and a big TV with Netflix while you wait, Posters of their previous work on the wall, Office has allot of POP figures (nerd inside me). 3rd, appointment was set 3days later to drop the car off. I picked up the car the next day at closing. Basically from my initial email, to the finished product, everything was done in 5days. The problem I had…read morewas water was leaking heavily (can't even express how much) into my car and I originally went to a family friend who said with the utmost confidence that the leak was due to CLOGGED SUNROOF Drains and its an easy fix. However I did a little digging myself and found the water was actually coming from my A/C system and pooling in the passenger footwell. It sucks cause my insurance wouldn't cover the damages. But Arthur helped me out with a good price for fixing not only the actually problem being the A/C condenser, he also replaced the messed up carpets and treated for rust and mold. All in all my experience there was great. Wishing it was covered under insurance but just wanted to say thanks to Arthur for the help. definitely will be coming here more for any detailing needs!!

I brought my model X in for a full film wrap and couldn't be happier with the results. Dominic was patient with me, answered all my questions before the work started, did a great review of the x before taking it in (pointing out all the manufacturer issues) and gave me an honest and fair market price for the job (even being so close to the city). While other detailers estimated a day or two for a full wrap, Dominic put it at a minimum of 4 days so the job could be done right and he was spot on. The vehicle paint and finish doesn't come perfect from the manufacturer so Dominic got it up to snuff. Its not just a drive in, get a wrap and drive out. Its more of a drive in, Dominic treats your car better than you would, does a patient and professional job and you drive out looking even better then you could imagine. Insurance won't cover the rock chips, bird droppings and other routine wear and tear of the roads so you get paint protection film. However, you don't get film, you get a reliable and certified professional installer to put the film on and that's what Dom and his crew are.
