Unfortunately, this was one of the worst car-wash experiences I have ever had. I selected their BEST WASH advertised at $39.00. After paying, I was charged $44.64 -- an additional $2.00 SUV fee plus $3.64 in taxes. My biggest issue with the SUV charge is that there was no visible sign, posted notice, or prior notification informing me that SUVs would cost an additional $2.00. Customers should be told about additional charges BEFORE paying. Unfortunately, the price was the least of my concerns. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was still filthy! Leaves were still stuck on the back windshield, and the inside of the vehicle had clearly not been properly cleaned. The interior windows, cup holders, seats, dashboard, and other areas were not wiped down. To make matters worse, the workers blew debris from the armrest onto the floor and underneath the front seats, but never properly vacuumed it up. When I asked the worker up front to use the blower and vacuum and properly clean my vehicle, he told me that the vacuum and blower did not work. I found that extremely frustrating because instead of trying to resolve the problem, he essentially refused to properly finish the service. I had to go back inside and complain to the young lady at the cash register before the worker finally went back to the vehicle. Even after he supposedly cleaned it, my car was STILL DIRTY. For $44.64, I expect my vehicle to be properly washed and cleaned. That is not a small amount of money to pay for a service that was poorly performed. I strongly advise customers to inspect their vehicles BEFORE leaving this car wash. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend Azad's Car Wash. I paid for their best wash and did not receive anything close to the level of service I paid for. $44.64 wasted for a job that was not properly done. Very disappointing and unacceptable customer service. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

The checking-in system was a little confusing since it's not clear where to go or how to put your car on the list. You can either wait outside (there are some camp chairs) or inside in the office upstairs. It was about 30-40 minutes for the car to be taken into the garage and then another 40 minutes for the wash to be completed. The standard package ("Hand Wash Regular") includes outside and inside cleaning and starts at $35 for a small car. You can elect for additional options too, like waxing and leather conditioning.

Since I live in an apt bldg, I texted him at 12:20PM just to let him know I was waiting in my car at the front entrance to my building. No response! I waited until 12:45PM and texted to ask for his ETA; he texted back that they would arrive at 1:05PM. His worker called me at 1:02PM to tell me that they were stuck in traffic and they would be here in 45 minutes!! A bit unrealistic; traffic is not that heavy around 1PM, but I just said OK. WELL, NO-SHOW! NO CALL OR TEXT... AND WORST OF ALL... NO APOLOGY!!! I called the owner's number and his worker's number at 2:00PM; both calls went to voicemail! I then texted the owner to let him know that he wasted my entire day. He then texted back that he's in class and he asked ME if his worker was having trouble finding me? I would not know because I wasn't advised! I had two problems with that text... The first being that the owner lied to me, because he previously told me about a week ago, that he has classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Well, today is Wednesday and he texted that he's in class! My second issue is that he told me that HE and his worker would both be working on my car, and gave me no indication otherwise! Save yourself the aggravation and find another detailer to work on your car! And don't be fooled by all the phony reviews; his own worker, Zain, gave a 5-Star review! Yelp doesn't recommend the phony reviews for good reason! Kudos to Yelp for detecting the deception!

He stated that the business would only offer $200 in compensation, which is completely unreasonable given the extent of the damage. He then told me, "If you want the $200, come get it. If not, don't call me again." This behavior was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I requested the full name of the employee who was operating my vehicle at the time of the incident, but Manager Aristeo refused to provide it, which raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. This car wash usually charges $15, but on that day the employee demanded $20, and the final charge with tax was even higher. After damaging my vehicle, they showed no responsibility, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. I have the receipt as proof, which shows the service was provided on December 18, 2025 at 12:18 PM by Main Street CW Corp. The total charge was $27.01, not the usual $15. Then a couple of very energetic men wipe down your car with urgency to make sure it's dry, and they've got all the spots. Honestly, it's an excellent service for $12.50. However, this past week I decided to make my wife happy (not my normal MO), and go for a more comprehensive wash including vacuuming and wiping down the interior. I had to do it without the kids, because it involves taking the car seats out, and they don't get to watch from the inside which is the only reason they like it. This was literally only the second time in my life I've had this done. Because when I was a kid, I (1) didn't care about how my car looked and (2) I didn't have any money. (Although, getting it detailed may have helped keep me out of trouble and entirely avoid a confusing conversation with my father about him finding what he called "grass" on the floor of the car. I don't call it grass, and actual grass is entirely acceptable to find on the floor of a car.) And then I didn't have a car, because I lived in NYC, and cars are expensive and a pain in the ass. But then I had kids. And kids need lots of things, like cars to take them places. And kids ruin everything, including your car. All this is a long-winded way of saying, if you want your car to look like you don't have disgusting little monsters sitting in the back, actively throwing and mashing various edible items into and between your seats...this is a good spot. The other time I got the car detailed I went to a fancy, super-exclusive spot that charged me literally hundreds of dollars and my car was PRISTINE when I got it back. Cleaner than it was when we bought it. Here at Ultimate, I paid $50, and it was ALMOST as good. Not perfect, but really a great value. Best of all, it only took 25 minutes (during which I got some excellent tacos at El Tenampa a block away) instead of four hours. Efficiency is the name of the game here. My wife now demands that we do this quarterly.

I paid extra for my first wash of the season and got headaches when I saw what they skipped. It cost $70 for everything. They missed areas all over the car. Its a BMW x5 which looks great when everything wiped down. That was the whole point was to have all the areas done. The areas that were wiped looked OK but they left so many untouched spots. The wheels were even dirty as if they weren't even cleaned. And, the windshield was not cleaned well either. Stay away. The place isn't the same anymore.
