They came out the same day I called and installed the new window the next day. Last year one of my employees broke the glass on our front door, they came the same day and replaced the glass. Last week, the glass they replaced was kind of moving within the frame because kids are always pushing on the glass and not using the handle. I called them about it and they came out the same day and fixed the door for free. It was almost a full year from when they replaced the glass and they still did the job for free.
