Although Cindy was very nice she did not deliver what we spoke about. I paid $185.00 for two…read moreballoon "trees" that consisted of 12 balloons each with a weighted bottom that sat on the floor. I could have made them myself and they were so small I could have put them in my car and transported them myself. I called her and she said she was sorry and that's all. She stated helium is costly. I'm sure I could have gone to a party store and paid $50. at most. I didn't do that because I askd for very big trees that would not have fin in my car.

My daughter was so excited. Good thing we called a day before to make sure Ariel was still coming. We then found out that who ever took our reservation got the date wrong. So Ariel was no longer available and they had no one else to fill in. They offered no compensation for their mix up. Luckily we found a better Ariel with another local place last min. I was very upset and I wouldn't recommend them at all.
