The groom was completed within 3.5 hours which was important to me. I don't like my dog being stressed for long. Yes the place isn't as cheap as PetSmart, but honestly I took my dog previously just for a bath only to PetSmart and it took them 6 hours!!! I know a lot of that time was my dog being stressed out waiting in a cage so I decided to go with Green Bulldog. We will be back for sure and I have recommended them to anyone who has asked.

I appreciate that they come to your home and only take care of your dog at the session. This provides a quicker experience with less distractions and more assurance that the groomer's full attention is on your dog. If you have any special concerns/requests for your dog, I recommend calling them and asking for a groomer that has more experience with your concerns. I mentioned my concern with cutting my dogs warts and they recommended we work with Margaret. Margaret was great and managed to give our dog a short cut without cutting his warts. I was able to get in really quickly, my dog was there for only 2 hrs, the price was very competitive with other groomers and the staff was so nice to my dog. He was really scared when I left him but when I picked him up he was very happy! The only reason I'm giving them 4 starts instead of 5 is because the grooming wasn't fantastic... they missed some spots in his fur so there was little patches that were longer so I had to cut them myself. Also, they did not shave the hair between his paws nor did they cut the hair in his ears... I'm really big on customer service and their customer service was truly amazing, so even though they didn't perform well on the grooming I'm still going to bring my dog back there!

Staff were very welcoming on our first visit. We have a Saint Bernard mix and Dana was great with her. Gave her a few updates on medical issues or things to be aware of and check in was a breeze. Our pup is super furry and I know it takes a lot since I used to groom her. Just don't have the time anymore, but super happy Dana took care of her! So close to home and super convenient.
