I have gotten nothing but compliments on my dogs groom ever since going there. Reilly was sweet, thoughtful, and knew what "teddy bear cut" meant. The groom was completed within 3.5 hours which was important to me. I don't like my dog being stressed for long. Yes the place isn't as cheap as PetSmart, but honestly I took my dog previously just for a bath only to PetSmart and it took them 6 hours!!! I know a lot of that time was my dog being stressed out waiting in a cage so I decided to go with Green Bulldog. We will be back for sure and I have recommended them to anyone who has asked.

The owner or manager (the one that does the coloring) has looked up at me on several occasions and continued working. There was no hold on, someone will be with you, no smile, nothing. It just doesn't make you feel welcomed there. I give stellar customer service because I appreciate every customer that walks in my establishment. When someone finally comes to the counter, you're rushed. They charge if you're 15 minutes late, but they don't even work on your pet until hours after your appt. I will be finding another groomer that actually welcomes their customers and show their love for your pets.

Once we got home, I discovered that he had been completely scalped in several areas -- especially the inside of his back legs and around his private area -- shaved down so aggressively that his skin was left bright red, irritated, and inflamed. The haircut itself was also extremely uneven and unacceptable. I repeatedly tried calling the business after noticing how distressed Bodhi was, but no one answered. When I finally got through, the front desk informed me that the groomer who cut him was a new employee named Rachel. I later spoke with the owner, Marissa, who made the situation far more difficult than it needed to be. Instead of immediately addressing the condition my dog was left in, she questioned whether the grooming had actually harmed him and insisted on speaking with my vet before considering a refund -- despite the obvious irritation and the condition he was sent home in. After multiple conversations, Marissa eventually stated that after reviewing the footage, they would issue a refund, which I did receive. However, during that same conversation, she claimed that "nothing went wrong" during the grooming and said the only reason they refunded me was because I told her I would leave reviews and warn others about my experience. The photos speak for themselves. No dog should leave a grooming appointment crying, itching, visibly uncomfortable, and shaved so aggressively that their skin is left raw and irritated. What was supposed to be a simple haircut turned into a stressful and painful experience for my dog, and the way the situation was handled afterward only made it worse.

Rue the cat though had a few rough days afterwards, I swear the fur made her sassy and she kinda forgot who she was and was sad over the haircut. But after a week or two she came back to her normal self and was full of sass. The trim has definitely helped with the fur balls, we have been fur ball free for months now. He was really scared when I left him but when I picked him up he was very happy! The only reason I'm giving them 4 starts instead of 5 is because the grooming wasn't fantastic... they missed some spots in his fur so there was little patches that were longer so I had to cut them myself. Also, they did not shave the hair between his paws nor did they cut the hair in his ears...
