On two occasions, they failed to let me know that an authorization was needed which cost me nearly 209 bucks. (If they had told me before I was there to pick up, I could have called my doc.) Then they filled a script with only 7 pills. When I called and asked, I was told that I had to fix their mistake. After I received a call from the "manager" I was told it was basically it's my fault and I should just pay the cost because I got the medicine. (I have insurance that covers 100%) Stay away from this pharmacy. They are rude, careless, and take no accountability when they make mistakes.

And then if they don't get their way go onto social media and blast whomever. I am the owner of Ellis Phy & I hold the permit for that parking spot outside our store. I pay a yearly fee for it. It's there so that a customer can have an easy spot to get out of their car and come in and transact whatever business then need to do with us. It is not meant if you've patronized us in the past that you can park more than 30 minutes prior to closing time and just stay the night. it's just plain rude to other customers to do that! He arranged for the prescriptions to be transferred and even delivered our monthly prescriptions to Brightview. Manzil and his team were able seamlessly manage prescription drug changes and made sure that everything worked as promised. They treated my mother like a member of their own family. I called around 4 pm on Thursday wanting the prescription filled by Friday and they were able to not only fill the prescription but deliver it the next day free of charge. Plus all the staff I interacted with were extremely polite and helpful. The person I spoke with on Thursday was determined to help me fill my script after having to call multiple times to make sure the script was put in accurately. A great experience! Like the floors being consistently dirty, poorly stocked shelves. Now let's get to the Pharmacy. I ordered on line Restatis - got a texted they were out, we will have it in 2 days, well 7 days later nothing I stopped by the store, and saw it on the shelf - piles of containers with 30 day suppplies. Went back today and was told it came in over the weekend. Total BS. Go to the Rite aid in Media, and it's well stocked, clean, people are nice to you. Look at the drive up window in Media its filthy. Go to the CVS in Newtown Square, clean and well stocked. They should do the world a favor and shut this dump down...
