Me and the groomer had words and I took my baby home. I will never take another dog to this place. I will note here that this happened some time ago, but generally someone that treats an animal this way doesn't change. All I can say is BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. What I witnessed today explains why, I watched one of the groomers attempt to place a large white Shepard into a kennel, I assumed she was done with him, the dog didn't want to go in, so she spanked the dog several times. I explained what I saw and she proceeded to ask the worker if she spanked the dog and she replied yes but only on the butt and she went back to what she was doing as if it wasn't an issue.
