From the moment you park your car, the ambience feels different. There's a calming energy that puts you at ease. Then inside, it just gets better. The low lighting, the soft music and the beautiful plants and decor make me feel like I'm floating on the air. We had a group of 6 during the week in between Christmas and New Years. The front desk agent was so accommodating getting us all in during overlapping time slots. Then we arrived and were immediately in awe of the gorgeous waiting room and the stain glass, the front desk agent again was ready in hand to get us settled in. Our therapists were all wonderful, we are a group of stressed adults and they worked wonders on our knots. The rooms are private, decorated well, and have high tech tables. Wow. I booked an 80 min with Tara and let me just say, I think this was one of the best experiences I've had. She was luxury spa level quality with reiki level intuitive massage technique. Her pressure was perfect. I mean PERFECT. There was the right amount of aromatherapy, breathing directives, and subtle things such as always letting me know where she was between area transitions. There were hot towels and appropriate coverage. She had the perfect balance of working on what I asked of her and showing me areas I didn't know I needed to be worked on. My friend and I found a great deal for a 50 min massage, so we decided to take advantage of it. We were able to book the day of and didn't have any problems. We both had an amazing experience! My massage therapist was great and worked on all my sore areas. We had some good conversations, but nothing took away from the peaceful atmosphere during the massage. I came out feeling so relaxed! I've been getting regular body work from Gage for many years and attribute a large part of my current well-being to his techniques. St George is so lucky to have therapists certified in Myofascial Release. I've suffered from seizures for many years and the after effects of a seizure can be debilitating, but with the MFR techniques I'm not only relieving pain after a seizure but doing doing better at preventing them with regular body work. This place is hands down amazing! (Pun intended) I had a spafinder gift card and found Melted Massage here in STG and decided to treat my BF Evan to a couples treatment. Our relaxation levels were truly elevated. The aroma therapy soothed us into a delicious slumber during our mild Swedish massage. The technique was fantastic and they really knew what they were doing! I felt all the stress of being a special education teacher lifted. I would definitely buy a membership here if I lived in STG, they're better than massage envy! The whole idea of understanding massage as therapy and healing is 100% felt at this location.
