This place is hands down amazing! (Pun intended) I had a spafinder gift card and found Melted Massage here in STG and decided to treat my BF Evan to a couples treatment. Our relaxation levels were truly elevated. The aroma therapy soothed us into a delicious slumber during our mild Swedish massage. The technique was fantastic and they really knew what they were doing! I felt all the stress of being a special education teacher lifted. This place definitely delivers what it sets out to provide, which is myofascial release. That being said, if you don't like long, slow, deep strokes, this isn't the place for you. My therapist was Justin, and he did a really good job. He provided an open and safe environment; I definitely felt that if I needed to say anything, I could. He did some real business on my TFL, which I appreciate. The whole body, back and front, was addressed, and I felt well taken care of. It was quite easy to book an appointment, and when I arrived, I was greeted and taken to the lounge to fill out the intake form. I thought it was nice that they had a little blanket in the lounge! The intake was directly reviewed by the therapist, which I also appreciate because in some places like massage envy, I was interviewed by 3 different people and it just seemed like a hassle. The atmosphere had a lot of character, making it very personalized to its location, like the Himalayan salts everywhere, which are apparently big in Utah. I was informed that this is a newer business, hoping to expand to other locations, and I hope to see that kind of personalized to location in other places. All in all, this is a great place to get a deep tissue massage. As it is newer, there are some minute details that I'm used to at a more luxurious spa that wasn't present here, but the service was pretty stellar. I feel that deep pressure is the most therapeutic and Li did not disappoint. She also took the extra care to do my inner thigh which was a bonus. My first experience getting a massage was in Las Vegas 3 years ago and it wasn't the greatest experience. No communication or clear instructions on what to do, what was going to be worked on or touched. It just plain sucked and I left feeling worse then when I walked in. Not to mention is was EXPENSIVE. Like $160ish for 45 min. My back has been slowly going out and all the gals I work with have been telling me I need to get here. It took forever but I FINALLY buckled down and did it. It was a completely different experience and was so much better than my first one! I left feeling AWESOME! Bryon is so nice, and I could tell he wanted to make sure I was comfortable. The front desk therapist was awesome and helped educate me and clarify what I wanted worked on which I really really freakin appreciated. I also liked that there was a consultation sheet. We are here on vacation and I just picked up my wife from her massage appointment. I picked up a new person, not sure what they did with the old one. She is energetic and happy and between kids abs traveling that was not the case when I dropped her off. Completely worth the money. She had Morgan as her therapist. My wife is a massage therapist herself and struggles to enjoy it sometimes when the therapist does things in a way she doesn't like. She said that Morgan had an incredible touch and was very intuitive and that along with her warm energy she was able to completely relax. The one thing I found odd was they are on the second floor of a two story outdoor mall, but we saw an elevator as we were leaving. It is past the first set of stairs. You will find it easily if you need it once you know it is there. read more

I have had hundreds of massages over my lifetime. The massage, or I should say 50 minutes of poking me was the worst I've ever had. I bought one at the Women's Expo in St. George and then paid for another one full price when my daughter was here visiting from NYC. I was so glad when my massage ended. I should have stopped her 15 minutes into the poke/pressure and left. At that point I was totally frustrated. Don't waste your money. There are many other better places to go for a relaxing massage.
