I had a custom massage and gel pedicure over the weekend and it was such a relaxing experience! The atmosphere provides the perfect escape to unwind. LOVE THIS SPA!! I went for my birthday and did the Siganture Massage and a Gel Pedicure and it was hands down the best spa experience I've ever had. Thor was my massage therapist and I have never met a kinder soul with the most incredible healing hands and amazing technique. He took away my sciatica pain and made me feel so safe and relaxed. He's amazing and you will leave feeling so peaceful and refreshed. Cassidy did my pedicure and I have never received a better pedicure! This girl took her time and left my toes looking AMAZING. I scheduled a hot rock massage and Lestie was very knowledgeable and worked the sore muscles in my shoulders, back. She gets a 5 star, reason for overall 4 star is the usage of subpar essential oils. This was disappointing. The spa used to use DoTerra brand and have changed to plant therapy brand. I am familiar with young living and DoTerra, companies that have stringent quality checks in place and PT oils do not, thus the price and quality difference. read more

I received the luxury 80 minute pedicure and never had my heals scraped or sides of feet scraped. I have never received a pedicure and not had that done. The pluses were a very clean nice inviting environment. I have to say my refusal skewed by the massage therapist coughing for a few minutes during my massage and in the time of COVID-19 it's troubling. This may be very hard to relax. Everything was fine with the Facial. The young lady that did it was sweet and caring. The only thing that was completely shocking was I actually fell asleep and she had some kind of light treatment over my eyes and it felt fine and comfortable. HOWEVER , it was an abrupt ending!!!! with a LOUD BEEP in my ear that actually shook me to my core. I wasn't expecting it nor did she mention it. It was the end of the session and it completely undid my relaxing session with her. Very disruptive. I'm sure there's a way to silence that loud beep. I'm surprised that they would even have that since you're in there to relax and enjoy your hour sleep. Hopefully others will complain and we'll get rid of it or silence the beep. read more

I'm here from out of town. The spa collected my credit card information prior to the appointment being made. I brought myself and my 9 year old daughter to the appointment. Literally the worst pedicures I've ever had, with terrible service from people who were unkind and anti social. My heels are still cracked and dry. My polish is uneven and lumpy. My daughter's glitter is smudged. They were snooty and did the bare minimum. We left. The next morning, they called THE POLICE because my card didn't go through. I obviously took care of it immediately, services have been paid for, but I feel humiliated and angry. This was the worst experience I could have never even dreamed up. read more

-Waxing Experience- The spa is super cute! I loved the quiet room and all of their attention to detail. They know how to make their guest comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they did a horrible job on the service. I went in for a full leg wax and they missed HUGE patches. My esthetician only roughly went over my legs once and didn't check her work. When she left I immediately noticed some of the patches and had her come back and clean up the spots I could easily see. It wasn't until I got home and saw my legs in better light that I realize how bad it was. I got my legs waxed for convenience for a trip but, I'll still have to shave regardless. I might come back for different service but, I definitely won't come back for a wax. read more

Pretty disappointed. I brought my friend in for her bday and I'm so glad she had a great experience. But mine wasn't so great. I got a facial and all she did was run different creams and lotions on my face the entire time. Tiny massage and maybe 1 minute doing extractions. I paid good money for a 50 minute massage and my girl was done in 35. Hmmm, not good customer service. If someone is told and pays for 50 minutes, you better fill that time. I got jipped 15 minutes and that sucks, especially when it comes with a hefty price tag. read more

This turned out to be the highlight of what would otherwise best be described as a roller coaster ride of a trip to St. George just after Christmas. After calling around and visiting two other spots in person to try to find a last-minute appointment, they were able to book us in for a 90-minute massage, which was just the ticket. As it's a decent size facility, they're going to have more flexibility like that, and I also see that they allow you to request an appointment right here on Yelp, which is major. This review really, though, is for Felicia, who worked magic that had heretofore been unknown. She took someone who was in a real ball and untangled her to a point where she nearly needed to be picked up off the floor with a spatula. At the very least, when we got back out to the car, she was splayed out over the front seat which will continue to be my favorite memory of the trip. Booking and paying for the massage was super easy, and the space is modern and bright. It's not the cheapest massage in St. George, but it was still pretty reasonable and a much nicer facility than the place that was indeed the cheapest spot in the city. read more

I spent my Birthday at the St. George Day Spa yesterday, and had the most special day! I booked the package where you get a massage, facial, and pedicure, and let me tell you...it was the absolute best! My massage was with Whitney, who I highly highly recommend! She has such a therapeutic touch and manages to keep you deeply relaxed the whole massage. I felt so nurtured, and my trouble areas have zero pain today! After the massage was my facial with Hannah, who is the sweetest, best esthetician ever! Wow, she made my skin look and feel amazing. My skin is still glowing a day later! To end the day, Rosa pampered me with such a relaxing pedicure. She was so nice to talk to, and left me feeling like I was floating on a cloud. Don't do it, this place screwed my face up so bad it'll take at least a year for me to recover, if not more. Not to mention the thousands out of my pocket to try and fix it. Even when she admitted it was bad, she didn't offer a refund, instead only offering to dissolve the filler which is known to dissolve the natural collagen in your face, why would I risk her damaging my face more? Not only was she unapologetic, while admitting her error, she was condescending and patronizing when I explained to her I had to fly to another state to try and fix it. I am visiting from out of town and received a shellac manicure. I did some research on nail salons in St. George and chose this Day Spa because of the positive reviews. My nail esthetician was extremely friendly and is the result of my single star review. Unfortunately it was one of the worst manicures I've received. It has only been one day and 6 out of 10 of my nails has had the shellac bubbled and chipped off. My nails were never soaked or cleaned. Essentially the nail polish change was the extent of the manicure and for it to come off the following day is not a glowing review. read more

We went to this spa for my moms 80th birthday. I booked all appointments on line. At the time it did not tell me if I had more then two people, I had to call and make appointments, until I booked them all. ( after the fiasco, it now say it on the first page of the website.) just for reference I booked them in February and we didn't go until April 1st. Needless to say everything got all messed up! They add and extra spa, that they said we had to pay for. Which I refused and the girl up front kept telling me that it was there policy. Then the manager or owner, I don't know which because she didn't introduce herself to me. Said I had to pay it or leave, so I got very upset, as my mom was already getting her massage. So I proceeded to object again and told them how many times I looked at my appointments that were wrong and had to get them set up right again. At this the manager threaten me by saying, if I didn't shut up, she would get someone from the back to make me shut up! I don't do well with threats, so I told her that she could go ahead and do that, and see how well that worked out for her! After that I say we were all leaving, and I was going to report her threat to me to the police. She then changed her tune quite fast. I guess she realized that she just threatened a customer and that she would take care of the extra massage that was on my little sister's bill. I thanked her (even though she did just threaten me). And went back for my massage, needless to say it was the worst massage ever! The girl was rude, unfriendly and didn't give my 80 minutes I booked. Terrible place!! 20 minutes into my 80 minute massage while laying face down under the blankets the girl told me to get dressed and leave because I was making her uncomfortable!
