Don't hold up to their word. Was told they budgeted for additional warranties. Was wrong... Was told if I left a good review, they would get me a full tank of gas. Left a good review, not a perfect one, but a good one. The said it's not perfect so no. Tried to cancel my additional warranties. The warranty company said 2-5business days. The finance guy was begging me to owe it for at least 120 days cause it "looked bad on them". The warranties don't cover anything "minor" such as sensors, gaskets, seals, tubes, pipes, radiators. If one of those fails and causes more damage. It's on you. 7300$ worth of warranties and it still doesn't cover much. What a joke. read more

Terrible experience. Car arrived with damage that required replacing the bumper and having the front suspension repaired and aligned. The air conditioning doesn't work, the steering wheel and drivers seat are badly damaged. Volume knob is broken and the brakes are howling. Tisha told me she would take care of any problems but nobody will return a phone call. Five months later they refuse to send the title so I have a Corvette I can't drive. I had to reinsure my trade-in because they didn't pay it off until they sold it. This company is not reputable. I wish I could leave less than one star. read more

Purchased a used vehicle sight unseen. Had them run it through service and look it over. Tech noted the volume button doesn't control the radio. However, he didn't note the howling rearend I get to rebuild or replace now. The guys were friendly but I still feel I got taken. One thing I would suggest for any buyer interested in a used car from Suburban is to take it to another mechanic and have it inspected and driven or just go somewhere else. I flew from Denver to drive this car home and they still put me in a car with a howling rearend. I was left driving 500+ miles with a car that I wasn't sure would even make it. And yes it's that noticeable. When you can't make a phone call because it's so loud then it's noticeable. Any first year tech would hear this. Shame on Suburban Chevrolet. You've just lost any future transactions from a cash buyer. read more

I was interested in trading in my 2015 Nissan Altima. I like my car, I was just in a mood for a change. I made an appointment to see a salesman named Forrest. He was not there when I got there...instead I was given to a sales person named Zack. It was not a fun experience. I was very upfront in that I still owed a lot of money on my car, and I was specific on what I wanted. His response was to have me test drive a base model Silverado truck. This was after I was very specific in that I wanted something comparable in size to my car (an Altima is a midsize car) and comparably equipped. He kept claiming that I just need to keep the truck for 6-8 months and that I would be able to trade it again for a vehicle I wanted. Why would I trade a car I like for a downgrade? Any payment savings would be wiped out by the lower fuel mileage, and wouldn't be as nice a ride. His next suggestion? When told that I did buy gap insurance, he suggested I run my car up a tree. I am NOT kidding. Actually, Zack did me a favor...he made sure I wouldn't be dealing with an unethical car dealership. Yeah, yeah, I know...but there are some dealers that at least try to be professional and honest and ethical. Suburban Chevrolet just isn't one of them. read more

This is the email I sent the internet manager! They found another vehicle for us but we definitely were not driving back! Jason, I would like to take the time to let you know how disappointing yesterday really was especially for my wife! We both took of work and paid for our two small children to be watched to drive down and pick up your vehicle. I spoke to both you and Paul several several times yesterday and at no time did either of you bring up any issues with your Jeep. Both of you did however want to make sure our car was free of defects. We drove almost 4.5hrs there and 4.5hrs home. I did appreciate the jester of buying us a tank of gas but that was a very small token toward our horrible day. I would like to go over the issues I saw with your Jeep after about five minutes and driving less than two miles. 1. There was a strong musty smell in the Jeep 2. All of the Allen bolts that bolted the aftermarket panels onto the back of the Jeep were dripping rust, and a few were broken out 3. Carpet was ripped up in several place in the Jeep 4. There were two tires missing very substantial pieces of rubber to the point I would not have felt safe driving them home. The other two still needed to be replaced 5. There was a ram mount permanently mounted to the windshield 6. There was a half dollar size dent in the hood 7. The bumper and running board had bare metal and corrosion 8. There were two separate cables just dangling from the ceiling 9. There were screws driven into the plastic piece on the windshield 10. The fiberglass corners on the hard top of the Jeep were crushed/splintered 11. Several pieces on the Jeep had been repainted 12. The nav screen would not come up 13. Rims were rashes very badly and the center hub was missing on at least one In the video Paul sent us he described the Jeep as "very nice, well maintained, and very clean!" I honestly don't think any part of that Jeep matched his description. I took this time to email you to let you know how disappointed we were and that I will be reviewing your dealership on cars.com, autotrader, and yelp to prevent any other people from having the same experience that my wife and myself had. I know you told me that you had no idea of these issues because you are stuck behind a desk but there is no way that no one knew about these many issues. If I was warned about some of these issues we could have braces ourselves or decided not to come all together. My wife actually cried during the test drive! I hope you take this opportunity to improve some things at your dealership, and please share this with your GM. read more

As a senior citizen on a fixed income I research many cars through Guru auto to make sure I bought a car I could afford, that was mechanical sound, and in the price range that was fair I found my car a Buick Encore on the internet located at Suburban Chevrolet in Claremore OK. The sells persons was very friendly and helpful during the purchase but after signing on the dotted line and putting down $2,000 I was then totally ignored. Came in the next day to pick up the car and it was not detailed, and had no gas. Waited around trying to get some help but was ignored by everyone except a young black male who went and vacuumed out the car and apologized for the inconvenience. He went to the service manager and he informed me that they would take it and fill it up with gas but after about thirty minutes I told them I had to leave. I've had the car for 7 weeks and it is in the shop for the replacement of the gear shift and it has a bad battery. It has broken down twice and I am so disappointed and sad that as careful as I was I still ended up with poor service and a car that I am afraid to drive anywhere. I purchased this car to help care for my brother who is in end stage liver failure to take him back and forth to Oklahoma City for a liver transplant and the many other doctor appointments he must go too and I feel overwhelmed and don't know what I am going to do. read more

i was looking at a ford escape online at suburban chevrolet, since they had not posted the price online, i sent the following e-mail. my question, what is the price of this vehicle. their response, do you have a trade in? my response, what does that have to do with the sticker price, please answer my question, what is the price of the vehicle? his response, i will get you all of the requested information and call you just as soon as i get to a computer. in the meantime you can reach me on my cell at (918) 851-9234. after waiting for the vehicle price, i responded, if you work in internet sales you should be at a computer. why won't you tell me the price, what are you hiding? after some time i finally get the price that they don't post up front, i responded, i'm no longer interested. instead of getting an ok, thank you, this is what i get. joe, a trade in has nothing to do with a price. that was an automated email that gets sent out to everyone. if you had not responded so hostile and immature, you would have received what you requested. and btw a "sticker" price only refers to new vehicles. seeing that we are not a ford dealer, this is not a new vehicle. so the correct verbiage would have been, "what is the cost of the vehicle kind sir?" not, "what is the sticker price?" thanks, have a nice day. so i was hostile and immature for asking the price of the vehicle. 20 years ago we bought a van from suburban chevrolet when they had some honest salesmen and they posted prices up front. i would never by from a dealership that calls me immature for asking the price they should have posted up front anyway. have any of you experienced read more

After we were approved, we waited almost an hour while the car was being "preped", we drove home. We noticed the car pulled heavy to the right. When we got home, I called to ask if the car was in an accident. Our sales guy said he would call back. The next day, after no call back, we brought the car back. The oil change light was also on. Our sales guy was off. We took it to the service bay. When we got out, we noticed red dust all over the dash, the front and back seats and the door jams. I took pictures of it. When the service guy came back with the car, he said it needed 6 POUNDS of air in the front passenger side tire. I asked if that, the oil change light and the dirt inside the car, would have been caught when it was prepped? He said it should not have been given to us until everything was checked. I asked why the oil change light was on as the car only had 298 miles on it. He didn't know! When we drove home, the car still pulled to the right. This was on March 12 and 13. I texted the pictures to our sales guy on the 13th. He called back on the 14th. He said we should drive it back to Claremore. I asked if it could be taken care of in Broken Arrow. He said he would get back to me. Today is May 29 and still no answer! Since I can no longer trust them with this simple problem, I have no confidence in anything they do.
