They came out to do maintenance on our AC and, in the process, broke a pipe causing a significant leak. The tech then left us with the leak saying he could not fix it. We were left with the leak for two days, which was uncontainable. It has buckled and warped our wood floors in two high traffic areas in our home. When they finally came to repair the broken pipe, they charged us $711. It was 90 degrees and my 88 year old mother is home bound, so we paid. We still have not been contacted to arrange repairs to the flooring, which is a trip hazard, or even an apology for the shitshow they created. I do not recommend using ANY of this company's services.
