When I hired Melton Law, they were initially able to have my court case delayed. They did not mention much to me regarding the future court date, and I assumed they were taking care of it. Fast forward a few months, as I was getting ready to go to work, I get a text message from the court about an hour before the court hearing with a video conferencing link stating that I needed to be present at 10 AM. I had no prior notice or communication from the lawyer. I called the law firm, and the receptionist told me, "the person who can answer your questions about the case won't be in for another hour, so you better attend." I had to ChatGPT some response/plan as I had no idea what to say or do. About 10 minutes right before my court case, that lawyer finally called me and was asking me about the details of my case as if he had just learned about it. He told me that there was a "glitch" and that I should have been informed about the court case with more reminders 2 weeks ahead of the date. He called the prosecutor to cut a "deal" about 5 minutes before the case, which was the worst deal I've ever had with a traffic lawyer that left me paying near the original fine fee and 6 months probation. Tony is the man! Young, professional, efficient and innovative! I have to agree with the review before mijo, first and foremost don't ever get a ticket in Utah! Things happen and that's why we have professionals like the ones at Melton law! These people work hard for you. The second that you hired them they are working for you and they make it known. The connections most of these professionals have are necessary and incredible. My case had a resolution turn around of 6 1/2 days. I'm a Florida driver, we do things a little differently to say the least. As far as value... let's just say Tony was more cost effective than the ticket I received. So, first, DO NOT GET A TICKET IN UTAH! If you do, these guy's are the go to! I connected with Tony through a ticket app with little hope because of the laws in Utah. I'm from California and could not fight it myself... we connected on Wednesday, within an hour of my request, and I saw a little light when he said "we have a good chance with this DA". By Thursday the DA accepted my plea which included no points if I stay infraction free for 6 months. The plea was approved and entered on Friday... 72 HOURS!! Hot damn! They saved me thousands of dollars with my insurance (I drive two fast vehicles, expensive to insure in California with a clear record!!) and I don't have to explain myself to my employer that requires me to drive their vehicles.
