She was also very timely in getting them completed before my suddenly scheduled major surgery. Her office assistant was on board during my signing appointment to make any last minute changes and I walked out with a complete notebook of signed documents, unlike other attorneys who mail it to you after the fact. Plus, I had previously had a phone consultation with Cory Hundley regarding questions regarding unnecessary treatments sold to me by a local dental practice. He was very informative in differentiating between malpractice and what he termed "upselling" - evidently a very common practice here in Utah - selling you the most expensive options without offering the lesser ones at all or only later. His advice greatly helped how I handled that situation even though there was no official legal work coming from it for him. From my experience, I can't recommend them highly enough!

It just proves that advertising buys you a lot of business. It was a simple case of a high speed highway accident with a cop, were the cop was clearly and uncontestably at fault. After 2 years of wrangling with the defendant, they finally made an offer of $25,000. This was the situation where I lost my ability to work for at least 2 years, and probably indefinitely. When the whole thing was settled I got $8,000. Unless you have a huge case that demonstrates that your life was destroyed and you can't walk anymore, don't bother with these guys. They will put your file at the bottom of their pile.
