From check in to check out all the ladies at the front desk are efficient and thorough. They offer a patient portal for the tech savvy where you can request appointments, request prescription refills or leave a message for the Doctor. If you prefer the old fashion call in to make an appointment, the front desk makes it easy and painless. I love that they still call the day before for appointment reminders and if you need to cancel, you can do so at the touch of a button. They accept most Insurances and major credit cards. If you ever have questions, most can be answered with a simple phone call or by logging into the patient portal. This is a review of his receptionist who I talked to on the phone. She exhibited reactionary, intellectually-challenged behaviors with a lack of self-awareness to understand that potential patients are given next to nothing concerning the rules for new patients. Nothing in the so-called rules are stated that an automated cancellation has to be followed up with an actual phone call, probably because one has to assume that the system actually works. Since the system is overseen by individuals like his receptionist things do not work correctly. Not only did this person begin to berate me immediately when I inquired about a new appointment but she accused me of "yelling" at her just because I do not put up with that sort of thing, especially from subhumans like her. I am apparently not the only person who has experienced the rudeness of Dr. O'Neal's staff.

She asked all the right questions to help identify your issue and if she felt it could be more serious she always did those tests to be sure it wasn't. Most doctors do not do this. She recommended a few specialists for me and they were all great as well. Even in those cases she would treat how she could and then the nurse would call and get me in right away at the other doctor. I would highly recommend if she is taking new patients!!

I didn't give 5 stars because she doesn't give refills on medication. Only a 90 day supply and then you have to be seen. I've been on the same medication for as long as I can remember (approx 10 years). I constantly run out of medicine, which is very dangerous. They won't refill medication when the pharmacy requests it and by the time the pharmacy notifies me of the denial and I contact the office I'm down to just a couple days worth of medication. Then I have to be seen (not just schedule an appt, but actually be seen) and get the Rx sent into the pharmacy and have it shipped to me.
