I would highly recommend checking in online versus going there to check in. The receptionist was friendly. I was called to the back about 10 minutes after my scheduled time. The RN who took my vitals was really sweet and nice. I waited over an hour for the Nurse Practitioner to come into the room. Having major back pains, every minute counted. The NP listened to my concerns and was able to provide some relief. Overall, I had a good experience - despite the waiting. But it's common to wait hours at Urgent Care.

Had order changed to TB skin test. She swabbed my left inner forearm with alcohol and administered the test in a different area outer forearm. Did not produce a wheal or bubble as a TB test should. Showed up Friday for TB test read and clinic closed due to No provider. Miss Mona was kind enough to open the door and provided me with the paperwork to have it read in Loganville. My company called today and informed me my urine drug screen was not packaged properly, needed to be redone. They are finding me another location. Stopped by and waited no more than 15 minutes. My injury examined, evaluated, and treatment given within half an hour. I was impressed with the physician on call. I would recommend this clinic if in a hurry and your family doctor has a wait list longer than a day or more.
