When I arrived about a half hour later, he came right out and looked under the van and confirmed my suspicion. I left the van there for a couple of hours and came back to check on it. They assured us they would let us know when it arrived and schedule a time to have it installed. That has been several months ago. We have contacted them no less than a dozen times about it. There was always some issue -- didn't come in, wrong part came in, reordering from Amazon...and every time they promised they would call us right back with an update. We might have gotten one call back during this whole process. We finally gave up on them and ordered the piece ourselves and had it in 2 days. Because of this, my final experience was 0 stars. So I am splitting the difference and rating them 2 stars. I really hate doing this, because they were so pleasant to deal with, but the follow-up was ridiculous. No one ever did what they said they would do. It was truly disappointing. We had to call over and over again...we were always apologized to and promised that someone would be right back with us. Overall worst experience I have ever had with a dealership…read more I was referred to this dealership from a family member who has had dealings with them in the past. I did not have a pleasant experience. The only thing consistent about the service here is that they are consist with saying they will call you back but never do. I left multiple messages for the service manager and received no response. When I finally spoke with someone, his response was, they tried to call me back several times and my voicemail was full, which was not the case, I had zero missed calls, and my mailbox is emptied out regularly. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday morning for diagnostic, they informed me it would be 24 to 48 hours, so by end of Monday the following week. 13 days later after going to the dealership several times and calling several times I was finally given the diagnosis. I don't routinely leave reviews, but I would feel guilty if I could have prevented someone from wasting their time, money and patience and didn't. I am not aware of their sales department, but I caution anyone who wants to drop off their vehicle to be serviced.
