WORST EVER! I have conducted business with this company numerous times and had great experiences…read more So naturally, when my best friend asked who I recommended, it was no contest. So, I called and spoke with a very unpleasant and unprofessional front desk lady and she said to bring the truck in and they'll "get to it". Once we brought my friends truck in, they said it will be FOUR HOURS for a full detail and $135. Reluctantly, my friend agreed. FIVE AND A HALF HOURS later, I ask the owner to have a private conversation to express our discontent. He literally said let me stop you right there and proceeded to "inform" me that I was mistaken in my complaint and that due to their supposed attention to detail, is why it takes so long. We finally get the truck back. Floor mats are disgusting, engine bay (which they told my friend they'd clean) was filthy. One huge greasy hand print on the headliner and mud caked under the mirrors and dashboard was never touched. I can't believe they had the audacity to ask for $135 and continue to treat my friend like garbage. I don't ever leave reviews like this but I'm FURIOUS that they not only treated my friend like that but after I told them 3 times that I referred their company to him. My advice, find a different detail shop. Oh and I almost forgot... there's also a quarter tank of gas missing.
