This location gets busy but it's in a plaza with other retail stores so it's easy to navigate, plus parking is usually okay. There are lines sometimes but if you're there on a weeknight it's not bad. A considerable amount of the produce will be spoiled. For example, it takes a while to find a carton or strawberries that isn't moldy. Also, the printer at the Online Pick Up station broke almost a year ago and they STILL haven't replaced it. So the employee has to walk over to the service counter desk to get your receipt. The fact that they haven't replaced the printer over that long period of time is an indicator of how this BJ's is operating. The cart return is usually overflowing as well.

I would suspect that this is not the first time he has done something like this before. If you use this store to cash out any lottery tickets, have the employee count the money over again a couple times and organize the bills in a reasonable manner. This store cannot be trusted!
