Parking was easy there were tons in the lot. Space itself was very clean and polished. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water inside. I went in for the co2 cool laser. I've been on a journey of acne scar healing. I wanted to get this done for sooo long, but idk why I never did it until now. I can't wait to see my results! Hauʻoli was my first point of contact there and she was so lovely, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I love their online portal feature you can basically do everything on there. If you purchase a monthly package you get the service fees waived which it's like $250. I opted to get the one service package for $265. So worth it, normally the co2 laser alone is like $500 per session at least what I've seen at other places. I wanted to wait till my second treatment before writing a review, and so far I am super happy with my membership here! I haven't had any trouble finding appointments during my availability. I joined specifically for the RF microneedling and Coolpeel treatments which you can combine to get at the same time. The price is just unbeatable here. It's $349 per month for any two of the services they offer, plus an additional $90 for the RF microneedling tip specifically. This comes out to less than half of an RF microneedling treatment elsewhere. The facility itself is super clean and all the machines look very new. Also - the numbing cream they use is very effective and I found the RF microneedling and Coolpeel to be very tolerable. I've gotten my treatments with Nurse Chelsea so far, and she's very thorough, sweet, and knowledgeable. In addition to the treatments, you also get a discount for the EltaMD products they carry. It was super easy to order through their portal (same one used to book treatments) and have it ready for you when you come in. Overall, a membership here is a no-brainer for me! Had such a great experience here! As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted. The sign-in process was so easy and efficient. The facilities are nice- everything was very clean and had a modern feel. I had micro-needling done to my face and am very happy with the results! My procedure went very smoothly; my nurse applied a numbing cream to my face so minimize any discomfort, it mostly tickled when the needling was done to my forehead. After the micro-needling I had a very nice cooling/moisturize mask done.. I literally had no redness to my face afterwards. First let me say that the nurses are so sweet. I've done most of the treatments over the last few years. But before you invest in a membership, let me tell you the pros and cons. This js my honest opinion and hope it helps! PROS- 1) you are in and out of this spa in 30 min. No frills. You go in and do your business and leave! And they are usually on time! 2) the treatments are above average and it's worth the monthly fee for just the hair laser alone. 3) it's clean and well-kept and honestly every nurse is so personable and professional 4) you book your appts on an app and it is very convenient to book, modify, and cancel. CONS- 1) this is a big one- the parking is tight and always full. Sometimes I'm late to the appt because I can't get a space! 2) while the app is super convenient, it is also frustrating for procrastinators or busybodies like me- as I can never get an appt when I want one, in the next week. So I have to keep checking for cancellations. Also, it disallows you to book ANYTHING face related for two weeks if you just received a simple hydro facial. So don't expect to get more than two face treatments in one month. 3) they are closed on Sunday and Monday and sometimes those are my only days available! 4) they rotate nurses a lot and are short staffed. Many of the nurses (again all so sweet) have told me that they are super short staffed and that's why there aren't a lot of appts available 5) when I joined, I was reassured that if I was traveling for a month, that I could freeze my membership for that month, so I wouldn't waste it. When I tried to do it for first time, I received a phone call from Nick to tell me that the freeze option wasn't available anymore. I patiently explained that i felt the unfairness of the change as the membership i purchased included that option! He stood firm and said no and even told me how to cancel my membership. Nick has always kind so I was a little surprised. On a positive note, I would've continued my membership had the latter been flexible. Botox, skin resurfacing, hair removal, facials, fat sculpting, etc.....And these things are what the Hollywood stars use! Here's what I saw / felt / experienced / smelt (that's right, smell! Lol) The clinic is new, clean, and well lit. It SMELLS clean! That's a plus LOL. It's conveniently located on ward Ave in town. Free parking? Yes! The staff was friendly, professional, and thorough before, during, and after the procedure(s). They have multiple procedures that they can do, so imagine being able to do when all (as warranted). I've done the micro needling where they numb your face with a topical cream then use the machine that puts the tiny needles intermittently on your skin. It was tolerable; more tenderness around areas with thin skin and closer to bone, but this was explained so it wasn't a surprise. It was quick and relaxing; I just laid there and let the staff do their thing. I also did the CO2 cool peel which was similar except a laser was used. Protective eyewear was used, of course. RN Kat had a very thorough skin consultation with me (and by the way RN Kat is very nice, informative, and welcoming) and she suggested that co2 cool peel would not be good for my melasma and recommended to go with just microneedling without any heat. Very professional and I very much appreciated her suggestions! Microneedling was soothing and my skin definitely felt smoother and looked much vibrant!! MO Med Spa has me coming back every week! They have such a wide variety of treatments to get your skin in tip top shape. I have gotten a custom hydracleanse facial, laser hair removal, RF microneedling with the Virtue instrument, and Instasculpting treatments. I am amazed at how well these treatments work. The hydracleanse facial and RF microneedling have been my favorite treatments so far. My skin and pores have never looked this good! I also loved how painless and effective the laser hair removal was. It's not the old kind of laser that feels like a rubber band hitting your skin, but instead there is a cool sensation and NO sensation of laser pulses whatsoever. Spa newbie here. I had my very first facial (hydra facial) a couple days ago. From beginning to end my visit was very calming and pleasant. The staff are SO welcoming, attentive and informative. I didn't really know what to expect but was kindly walked through everything by one of the nurses (Alice). She explained what each process of my facial was for, what to expect and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. My skin felt so refreshed afterwards. I was given written and text post treatment instructions. It's day two and I notice a slight difference in my skin which looks brighter, plumper and more hydrated. Going to Mo Medspa is such a pleasant experience. Coming from Los Angeles, it was so hard for me to find facials and treatments that felt worth the money. Here, the membership payment system makes it a fantastic deal. Not only is this the best price range of treatments but they have some of the best machines ever. I particularly recommend the laser hair removal. It was painless, super quick, and super effective. I've done laser hair removal *a lot* with other machines but this is the ONLY one that worked for me. Also I loved all of the facial treatments, especially micro needling and the cool peel. The facility is extremely clean and open. There is parking right onsite. My personal favorites are micro-needling and IPL for my pigmentation, and hydra facial!! The staff is extremely professional, patient, and skilled. Kathy is my go-to nurse-- she is amazing and thorough with my treatments. Best part is that they offer the best services without the uber expensive price tag. Services is offered at a monthly membership but each of the services usually is hundreds of dollars somewhere else. I asked why no one called me to notify me before hand and was told "you can just reschedule that part" I told her that when I called I specifically stated that because of my work schedule that I needed everything in 1 day - tour, exam and treatment. My first time at MO Medspa will not be my last. I received the micro needling facial and a body sculpt session for the back of my arms. My nurse, Alli, walked me through exactly what to expect during the appointment and went through a detailed history to tailor the session to individualize the treatment to my skin. My face was numbed prior to treatment, but the needles felt so close to a slight tingle I almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing. Woke up the next and couldn't believe how smooth and even my skin was after one treatment! The body sculpt for the back of my arms was also painless, just slight ringing in my ears during the session (which was to be expected). My arms were not sore or bruised after, which they mentioned could happen. Overall I'm happy with the results, not a drastic change after my first time, but I can update after my third appointment. I can't say enough good things about Members Only MedSpa - 1. The inside was so clean and sleek, you can tell they put so much time and care into this location. 2. The staff were so welcoming and warm, I was immediately greeted with smiles and they made me really excited for my treatments. They were also so skilled and knowledgable that I knew I was in good hands. 3. I got microneedling and laser hair removal treatment done and Taylor made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. She explained each step to me as she was doing it and continuously checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. This was particularly great because I've never done microneedling before and have only done one other laser hair removal treatment previously, so her gently walking me through the process was incredibly reassuring and helpful. 4. Their machines were also so state of the art that I felt no pain or discomfort during any of it and both treatments were done very quickly. I was nervous I would feel some pain and my skin would turn really red, but it was the complete opposite - I felt no pain during both treatments and my skin felt and looked incredible after. About a week ago, I did the Micro-needling/CoolPeel combo treatment at MoMed Spa and it was the best decision I made this year. I've always wanted to try micro-needling but never really got around to it. Since I had such a great experience at this medspa the first time I was there, I knew it was a sign to finally try it. Let me tell you, I am so happy that I did. I had really bad acne that left lots of scars on my face, especially my jawline area. I felt like it since it was scars, I would just have to learn to deal with it by using makeup to cover it up (and now masks due to COVID). When I did a little bit of research, I read about others who had similar acne scar issues as me and what they did. That's how I learned about micro-needling. Alice, the amazing nurse that assisted me, explained the procedure prior and walked me through it during the process. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit nervous because it was my first time, but it sure won't be my last! The micro-needling and CoolPeel was painless and fast (about 30 minutes total for my face). I loved that Alice explained what to expect afterwards. It wasn't bad at all, I was just a bit red and my skin felt like it was a little bit sunburnt. I followed the instructions that Alice taught me and I am loving the results. I can really tell the difference in my skin, especially the scars near my jawline and my large pores beneath both eyes. Being that we are still in a pandemic, I felt very safe and comfortable just going in there because every procedure has its own private room. In my 5 visits there I have received micro needling, laser hair removal, instrascultping, an organic bamboo décolleté facial and hydrafacial. With all treatments, the highest level of care has been received. More importantly, results have been noticelable. The staff are all medically trained. Allie is the absolute best! She takes care of you as a member and is always wanting you to feel comfortable with each procedure.
