Every visit feels welcoming, calm, and intentional, and I always leave feeling noticeably more relaxed and taken care of. I've had a facial with KC, and she is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire process, which I really appreciate. I'm also currently in the middle of a 3-part hypercavitation series focused on my arms, along with liposculpting on my stomach, and I can honestly say I already feel and see a difference after just two sessions. I look and feel leaner, which has been so motivating. I've done these sessions with both Brittni and KC, and they've been amazing. What really sets Remedy apart is that these sessions aren't just quick treatments. They include a full-body lymphatic massage, red light therapy over the face during the massage, followed by the hypercavitation and liposculpting. You can truly tell they take pride in providing a high-quality, thoughtful experience rather than rushing clients in and out. I LOVE Remedy Spa Hawaii!! It's an English/Japanese day spa, open 7 days a week with free validated parking right in the middle of Waikiki! They have an IG account where they go over the monthly specials in detail and also offer monthly memberships for local clients. What really sets Remedy apart though is the customer service. I don't know who hires and trains these girls but they are so helpful, so kind, so professional, so knowledgeable, so EVERYTHING!!! I chose Remedy Spa because they have the complete EMSculpt packages for body contouring. They offer monthly membership for a multiple sessions that you can't ignore. . KC is my therapist who showed me the EMsculpt price chart for single session and Special pricing for 4 sessions(which is the suggested minimum sessions for the optimum results. She explained and walked me through the procedures and how it affects your selected treated areas. Diet and daily activities will also affect your treated areas I felt confident that she was present and attentive to my needs. There is an old say 3rd times a charm, well in this case I will say 2nd time is a charm. My lashes were redone by the manager Izumi and she did a WONDERFUL JOB! I walk out loving my lashes but also several days later I am still happy with the results. No eye irritation or eye burning this time around. This is a hidden spot that I would have not found without Yelp. So you really have to pay attention to the address if it's your first time. The staff welcomes you when you walk in. The inside is a very clean and bright, which is nice. I came in for the Triple C facial. There is a paperwork that you fill out and sign. That was new to me. The aesthetician that conducted my treatment was very nice and thorough. My session lasted about 45 mins. The room was relaxing. There was room for a little conversation. I enjoyed the experience and what they "schooled" me on about skin care. There was an option for a tip which I was not expecting given the price. I appreciated the affirmation on how I am caring for my skin during my facial. I guess my only wondering is all the paperwork and formality just for a facial.
