No one ever contacted me. I called twice again in late April. First time no one picked up the phone or responded to my voicemail. Three days later I called again and the receptionist would not connect me directly to the estimator so several phone calls were exchanged. In the end, only 1 appointment time was offered to me 9:30am and I asked to move it earlier to 9am since there were no appointments before me and I needed to attend a 10am work meeting. As a consulting engineer in my prior life, I have done enumerable bids and award for all sorts of major construction projects. I requested bids for the stucco work. As usual, there we some no bids, some ridiculous bids but Dave gave us without a doubt the best bid. Now the best bid can be the one that makes sense, has a great timetable and explains the details of the work but in addition to that, Dave was by a wide margin the low bidder. Now that might be a caution flag, but you review the bids and there were no red flags in Dave's bid just the same details that some other bids had. Dave also showed up and walked us through the plan. So we went with Dave and he had his great assistant pressure wash the entire front on the house including the eves and windows. He taped and covered everything. The next day he came back with Dave and the two of them completed the both coats of the acrylic stucco and it looks great and they matched the color perfectly. Highly recommended.

It was some sleuthing/troubleshooting part between Guy who works on the outside and he referencedTodd Hill Construction who works from the inside. The home I manage was a very old home,and there was water coming into the inside. We cannot tell where it is coming from. Roof, wall, windows are all candidates. We had the roofer come the year before and they confirmed is NOT from the roof. Guy and Todd found it was some wood paneling that was the culprit. 2 of the Windows need to be replaced including taking out the outside Wood paneling. I'm really thankful we found Guy and his inside partner Todd. I believe we got the best price and tackled exactly where needed to be taken cared of. Guy took care of the plastering work. It looks seamless to the rest of the home. The price is reasonable. Guy is patient, and on time. Next time I need plastering, Guy will be the first I'll call. Cross my finger for next winters to come.
