They are also way on top of the ball and ready to serve you. The place has a very Cheers type feel to it. It's clearly a neighborhood bar and the people hanging out there are clearly regulars. Normally, this bothers me because I am not a regular and I get the stare down like I don't belong. That did not happen in this bar, everyone was nice and accepting. If you are like 90% of the world and have no Idea what Durkees is, well, I can't help you with the flavor profile. Syberg's because of the shark theme is heavily decorated with sharks.
