Enrolled my son in private and weekly sessions and after his first couple of weeks trying out the facility decided to cancel as he did not like the program. I spoke to Natalia whom had assisted with the enrollment and told her that we would like to cancel and to cancel the auto debit as we were told for him to try it out and if he did not like we could cancel in which we did inform her after the second or third attendance that this was not a good fit and we would like to cancel. No where at this time did she mention that a written cancellation was necessary to cancel and if it had been mentioned that would have easily been done at that moment but she just said that she would take care of the cancellation. This was of course in March of 2023 when we notified her and in looking at my bank stmts I noticed that I was still being billed for sessions although my son had no longer been attending and Natalia had been notified and we had been told that she would take care of the cancellation and remove my card information. that this facility continued to debit my card on file thru the month of July for the sessions as it was obvious he was no longer attending and Natalia was notified of the cancellation of his enrollment and that she would take care of the cancellation as it wasn't a good fit for my son. Reason my son did not see it as a fit was because he was new to soccer and when the fields were rained out they had soccer leagues practicing with those that are new. Very quick way to bring one's moral down when you have skilled practicing with new players !!! Definitely pay close attention to your stmts after you've informed them of cancellation. read more

Do not send your kid here! I paid for a 2 weeks camp and mid week mid day of first week, someone called saying I have to come pick up my daughter because she did not listen and she can't come anymore. My daughter is 5yo and I haven't got any notice from them or any complaints about her until the call to tell pick her up. I asked for a refund of the remaining of the week plus the whole week of next week. I was told that I will be getting credit. I am not sure what am I supposed to do with the credit when my daughter is not allowed to come back. Make your own judgment from my situation and see if you want to take a risk to send your kids here. To me, it's a scam to take your money. read more

Every time I've gone to play open field usually it's unorganized, the staff doesn't pay attention to what's going on, and the restrooms are dirty every time I visit NEVER COMING BACK. This is the 3rd time it's happened and it's unacceptable. read more

We have been taking the 2-3 year old soccer class for a month now and my son loves it! I reached out in the summer to inquire about a class, but they didn't have one for his age. They saved my email and contacted me in September when they added a class for his age! I thought that was very nice and above and beyond customer service. This is a very nice facility. They have a wonderful team of staff members, competitive leagues summer camps and much much more. Both my son and I play here on a regular basis. My son plays in the summer camp league and I play in the corporate league. It's great for five on five indoor soccer action while using a smaller ball with no bounce. This is the best indoor soccer place in Houston. It truly feels like family walking in and being greeted at Memorial Indoor.... great customer service, wonderful staff. The turf and facility are top notch. The coaches truly understand the game of soccer and are good at teaching the children, from 4 year old beginners (my son) to 11 year old competitive club players (my daughter). Mario and his staff are incredible and Mario's private lessons are the secret to success! The facility and staff are awesome. They adjust their teaching technique to help the kids understand and learn both strategy, execution, and team work. Great facility and environment at a great price. Attending their camps is a good way to interact with other people that like to play soccer.
