There was also a bowling alley and it looked like a water slide but it was closed that day. Tennis courts everywhere and pickleball courts too. I didn't see the gym. The food they offered wasn't the greatest for how much they charge but I didn't pay for anything so maybe it was just the food that they provided that was mediocre. We did ask the staff to cook the pizza some more as it was kind of undercooked and doughy and the staff was extremely nice and didn't have a problem helping us out. I spoke to one of the members while I was relaxing in the patio area and he was telling me about all of the events for members that are free with the membership. Really cool place.

After a quick 10 min swim and run to bike area and then for a short run past the giraffes to the indoor track. There's a little lounge area with chairs to hang out by the entrance and a second floor for better viewing of the courts. There are tennis lessons, an automatic ball machine available for reservations, and a nice front desk team. Glad this facility exists-- my tennis friends are definitely spoiled with the AC and shade from the sun :D

They need to practice together so that they can better understand other team members game". These are my 11 years words when he was totally frustrated just after 2 games. Yes, there is a practice (two teams together) once a week in which they are taught a bunch of exercises/ drills. After that practice, 2 teams can play a short friendly game, but no one cares to build the team. So, a few of the kids lost interest and stop coming for practice and after few weeks they stopped coming for games altogether! I went to talk with administrative staff over there and I asked about lots of kids are missing in practice and I was told that they can not force them to come which I understand. In return, I asked them how do they build teams? The answer was we focus on the core, not the team!! You can try building your team if you volunteer as a team coach. After a little debate, he agreed with me and told me that he will send a GroupMe message which was never sent out. When I see their games, it feels like a bunch of strangers got together and taking a ride towards downtown. They all want to go there but all are busy doing their own things. They all are individually great players but as a team, they are equally bad. So in conclusion If your kid has a bunch of friends playing the same sport and all can go in as one team then it is a great place to get a tremendous confidence boost because on the other side there won't be any team but a bunch of kids trying to dribble and pass with some blind trust that something will happen. To the management: 1. Seems like fundamentals of team sports are lacking from administrative staff on the front desk. Maybe they are doing an amazing job for admin work but not sure if parents have an issue they are capable of understanding or not 2. We did multiple seasons at I9, One sports nation, YMCA. They don't have an amazing facility as you do but they were able to build teams and teach how to compete, so maybe partnering up with them might be a good change 3. Parents spend money and time to see and enjoy their kids play and compete. Which was the case in the other sports camps which I mentioned earlier. My kid's teams lost 2 seasons and won 3 championship games but we enjoyed all 5 seasons. So please have that respect instead of only building core give them something better - strategy 4. If you want to see an amazing league check out Lamar Little League(baseball) down the road on George Park. They have brought the true spirit of the game and generations are playing there, our kid's coach used to play in LLL in his childhood 5. Check the attrition rate in your teams and have some proactive approach that why kids/parents are abandoning half-season!!

I spoke to Natalia whom had assisted with the enrollment and told her that we would like to cancel and to cancel the auto debit as we were told for him to try it out and if he did not like we could cancel in which we did inform her after the second or third attendance that this was not a good fit and we would like to cancel. No where at this time did she mention that a written cancellation was necessary to cancel and if it had been mentioned that would have easily been done at that moment but she just said that she would take care of the cancellation. This was of course in March of 2023 when we notified her and in looking at my bank stmts I noticed that I was still being billed for sessions although my son had no longer been attending and Natalia had been notified and we had been told that she would take care of the cancellation and remove my card information. that this facility continued to debit my card on file thru the month of July for the sessions as it was obvious he was no longer attending and Natalia was notified of the cancellation of his enrollment and that she would take care of the cancellation as it wasn't a good fit for my son. Reason my son did not see it as a fit was because he was new to soccer and when the fields were rained out they had soccer leagues practicing with those that are new. Very quick way to bring one's moral down when you have skilled practicing with new players !!! Definitely pay close attention to your stmts after you've informed them of cancellation.

My daughter is 5yo and I haven't got any notice from them or any complaints about her until the call to tell pick her up. I asked for a refund of the remaining of the week plus the whole week of next week. I was told that I will be getting credit. I am not sure what am I supposed to do with the credit when my daughter is not allowed to come back. Make your own judgment from my situation and see if you want to take a risk to send your kids here. To me, it's a scam to take your money.
