Got a disposable 3 days ago and I asked the guy what the most reliable one was. He recommended something called a rush max 5k. That thing was $30 and it just started auto firing and crapped out. Took it to the store to get it replaced and they just told me "tough luck". This was my first attempt at quitting smoking and the whole deal made me want to chain smoke a pack of reds. Their products are OVERPRICED and very low quality. Their customer service is worse. You'd be better off buying something cheaper at a gas station than going here. I'd avoid this place and just go to literally any other shop read more

I recently moved to Houston and I'm a hookah lover, but sometimes it's hard to find a good smoke shop that carries everything that you need at affordable prices. Not only does this store have great products, the prices are incredible, and the customer service is top notch! Dear lord. One of the guys working there is lazy. Says he doesn't know where anything is, he will not stand up and help you if you don't tell him to. I asked for a 14mm bowl. He says "bowl? Oooh I don't know what those are." Minutes later I asked the fool if he works there, rhetorically. He answers with pride "I'm here ain't I?" lol. I found what I was looking for, partially. I also needed pipe cleaner. He said "he doesn't have, we move everything 'round, I don't know where they are." I'm paraphrasing. I found those on my own as well, but don't forget when I was looking, he had his back turned to me while he was facing the back wall acting to look. Mind you the back wall was full of trash that they don't know what to do with. Receipt rolls, wrappers. Gross Fuck that place read more

The Cigars are displayed beautifully and after the cigar display the incense burning in the room will seduce you over to the incense shelf. (My favorite is Harlequin Wildberry.) The incense are a MUST GRAB you should not leave without grabbing some. All of the glass work around you will have you mesmerized. Without a doubt this is not Houstons typical smoke shop this is exactly what they promote themselves as which is a Tobacco Glass Gallery. I was more than astonished that's for sure. Making a transaction is smooth whether cash/ credit. Please take note there is a sign that's respectfully displayed NO RETURNS. There is also a rewards system in place which is a major plus every time you shop you get points. Also if you check them out on their FB page or IG they have LOCAL GIVEAWAYS and RAFFLES. Plus I had a great conversation with him and Michael(?) about MTG; they're definitely very passionate about board & card games. They have anti-scalping policies in place for Pokemon. As for the space itself, decent amount of parking (more in the back). They're very popular for Warhammer, so there's a ton of product for those who play, and several tables set-up with many people playing all afternoon next to us (the 'playing hall' is pretty large!). They also have an aisle with board games for sale, and a counter with TCG products. Restrooms are spacious and clean. All in all, The Forge is pretty much all you can ask for in a LGS; they're also independently owned! I wish I live closer, but I'll definitely be here again soon!

I've been looking for a good deal on glass pipes for over a year now and they had a fine collection of pipes. There I found a one of a kind glass pipe with everything I was looking for. The manager was so cool and gave me a sweet deal on the nicest pipe I own. They had positive energy and were very attentive. They took their time with me and let me listen to any song I wanted, it was awesome! They do car and motorcycle sound system installation too. The staff are some of the most caring I have ever met, and they always give my wife free samples of different things. DO NOT pay attention to the very few 1 star negative reviews on this place.
