In my case, it took me over 2 hours because I had two concurrent exams inside the machine, so I was charged 6 dollars, but it's a small price to pay to save a life through the MRI. The facility itself wasn't bad, only there was one receptionist who seems to be annoyed working there, questioning me if I have an appointment. I arrived on the dot. After finding me, she doesn't even apologize but hands me the clipboard to fill out the information. My appointment was at 11:15. However I was able to go into the machine at around 12:20 PM. However, you are probably wondering why then, is this review still four yelp stars. Well, I'll tell you. The machine is as comfortable as they can make it, being lit with good airflow. However, I had to be inside the machine for 2 hours. Longer than normal as I need an examination of my cervical and lumbar region. However, the MRI machine is more claustrophobic than I thought. When doing my cervical exam, the ceiling was almost right up to my face. If it weren't for good air flow, I would've probably panicked. I closed my eyes throughout. Once they sent me deeper inside the machine to get my lumbar examined, the ceiling was only a tiny bit higher which made all the difference. I got used to being in the machine. However, I would like to thank LOURDES for being my technician. She made me feel very welcomed and at ease throughout the process. She was very reassuring, and the fact that she is the first person named Lourdes that I have met. Coincidentally, I prayed to our Lady of Lourdes in France a week before asking for some Lourdes water, which cures ailments. What are the coincidences that this technician was named Lourdes? She was also a pro at putting in the bolus of contrast, as I felt 0/10 pain. I didn't even feel the needle going in. She talked to me on the microphone every step of the way before it moved, which was reassuring. She is probably the BEST technician I've ever experienced. She should definitely be recognized for her efforts. Her bedside manner alone raises this facility from one star to four stars. It is incredible. Thanks to the MRI, I was able to get a quick diagnosis within 12 hours, even though she told me 2-3 days. I am able to quickly make an appointment with a surgeon in order to get to the bottom of my ailment.

Joseph at the front desk was incredibly helpful and helped guide me through some options. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the pre-check in link was easy and concise. The facility is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The waiting area is well designed, clean and nice. Jasmine handled my intake stats and was friendly and fast. Shortly thereafter I met Dr. Nair. What a fantastic person. Great bedside manner, friendly, and upbeat. It was very easy to discuss my symptoms and concerns, and he addressed everything like a true professional. Dr. Nair provided the next steps and I was on my way. One of the best doctors I have been in contact with in a long while. The entire experience with Nair Urgent Care was superb from beginning to end.

The only reason I'm not rating this as 1 star is because the technician, Tina T was wonderful,…read morecaring and reassuring. She made the mammogram and ultrasound process very easy and comfortable. However, the rest of the experience dealing with this place was absolutely terrible. Their call center is literally the worst call center I've ever had to deal with and made my life hell trying to get an appointment. After a week of dealing with them, I finally got one of their customer service people to transfer me to the office itself and I was able to get an appointment no problem. However, the call center still called me multiple times after, insisting I didn't have an appointment because my paperwork was incorrect and refusing to connect me to the office itself. I decided to just go to the appointment anyway, and not only did I still have my appointment, the office told me the paperwork was completely fine. There's no way to bypass this call center so you have to deal with them in order to get in and dealing with them is absolute torture. At my appointment, after the wonderful experience with Tina T. who was very caring and supportive, I had a doctor come in to discuss my imaging. I have no idea who she was because she never introduced herself. I got the very distinct impression that I was more of a number to her, rather than an actual person. Multiple times I tried to give her a quick 2 sentence note about my family history and multiple times she talked over me to the technician and completely ignored me. I gave up trying to tell her and she never asked what I had been trying to say. She just told me they couldn't see anything on the imaging and I needed a biopsy. No information about what it meant that they couldn't see anything. Just get a biopsy. During the appointment I had filled out paperwork and signed a paper stating that I wanted a copy of the results emailed to me. That was Thursday and I still don't have a copy on Monday. I just called them and was told I had to call another number. The person at that number said she didn't have access to the imaging results or my paperwork and I need to fill out the paper again so she can request the results. Who knows how long that will take. I tried getting them online and their website won't let me create an account... I get an error message saying "this site is exceeding reCAPTCHA Enterprise free quota." So because they aren't paying for the reCAPTCHA service (that proves you're not a robot), I can't prove I'm not a robot and I can't create an account. I tried this on both my phone and desktop and got the same result. This place is freaking TERRIBLE. I have hated almost every minute of dealing with them, with the exception of Tina T. who was wonderful. Please avoid them if you can.

With all the healthcare fraud and breeches...there was so way I was going to do that. The receptionists at ContinuEM were super nice and got me checked in within 5 mins. Never did they ask me for anything financial other than my copay which was expected. Once I saw the doctor, boy was he thorough. He explained what was going on, what to expect and what I was doing that could make things worse. They gave me a steroid pill right there in the office - no need to go to the pharmacy! And they observed me after I took the pills to make sure I didn't have a reaction. It was actually a good thing that Exer didn't work out!

On the day of my appointment which was in the afternoon, they could not find my record and at 8 AM in the morning BEFORE my appointment, my credit card was charged for $230! How are they supposed to know how much my charge is when it is my first time to see the doctor? The front office is disorganized; they also have a call center (outside the US) that does not seem to coordinate with the front office. I can be forgiving, but when I got there and they lost my new patient record, it does not leave a good taste as to how they are organizing behind the scene. Dr. Hamidi seems really nice (personally very likable) but when I brought up my experience, she sort of hinted that she does not get involved with the administration, instead of saying, "I'm so sorry that you experienced that and I will be sure to let management know." I'm not sure the office has the level of compassion that patients are looking for. At this point, I'm not sure if I will be returning. Since I live so close to this clinic, I thought it might be a good match, but I'm having second thoughts.
