He explained what was going on, what to expect and what I was doing that could make things worse. They gave me a steroid pill right there in the office - no need to go to the pharmacy! And they observed me after I took the pills to make sure I didn't have a reaction. It was actually a good thing that Exer didn't work out!

It made me wonder would she treat a non-minority the same way she treated me. I understand they have their own limitations, but to be treated so nonchalantly with lack of compassion is the upsetting part. Are bedside manners nonexistent now? I understand people have their off days, but this was completely unacceptable. Maybe consider another field if helping people doesn't bring you any sense of fulfillment. It was a walkin and the front admin stated that there was no openings for walkins at this time. She recommended another wave imaging center which is on South and Palos Verdes. I made her check to make sure walk ins were available and that I can make it in 15 mins to that location. I was very addement that she double check that it was a GO, and stated that if I show up they would have a spot for me as a walkin. I clearly stated that I dont want to waste my time driving all the way up. So I ended up at the Palos Verdes South St. Lakewood location. Arrived at 345pm, made it before closing time which was 4:30pm. The results .. I was REJECTED! I was very upset with the entire situation! It all goes back to the admin at the Signal Hill location. Her name was DULCES, she supposedly double and triple checked when I asked her about walk ins. She verified and was confident I will be admitted for a walkin. Absolute dissapointed with Dulces statement. She should not be so confident and sure that someone will be admitted. To my observation, she just assumed. Negative for my entire experience. Dulce was incompetent by sending patients to other locations. Lack of knowledge, estimated by assumption. Overall, the Signal Hill location had plenty of parking and the location was clean.

This most recent visit, was in here for a simple x ray. I checked in and went to grab a magazine and no more than 7 minutes later they called me up. They did call me up with a group of 5 other people but sat us in a different waiting area. From there, I waited an additional 5 minutes and was called in promptly. I had my x ray done start to finish in 25 minutes(with appointment). All the staff members are cordial, kind caring and polite. The business itself is wonderful and plenty of room to sit in. There is a separate line for each procedure you are here for(mammogram, mri, ray, etc). I do recommend getting an appointment online, will save you time. Overall, excellent experience!

This was my third time here, and the service has consistently been amazing. The entire team is so kind and incredibly patient--something that means a lot during such an emotional time. At my most recent appointment, Jackie took care of us and she was truly amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and took her time to get the best possible pictures of our 26-week baby. I couldn't believe how clear and beautiful the images turned out! If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares and helps you feel connected to your baby throughout your pregnancy, I couldn't recommend this boutique more. Can't wait for my next visit!

I thought I would be seeing the usual person I always see, Tito. And even told my son prior, "you'll get your blood drawn by someone who always draws my blood, his name is Tito. Hopefully, he's there." To my surprise, Wendy greeted me after I did a mobile check in, inside my car, which might I add is very convenient. The earliest it allowed me to check in was 10 mins prior to our appointment. It instructed me to go into the center and Wendy immediately brought me and my 8 year old son back. Wendy was very nice, patient, and did a great job when drawing my son's blood, poked him once on his right antecubital and drew the blood right away. My son said it felt like a "sting" but that was it. He was nervous beforehand but didn't cry and was even able to look at the needle in his arm and the 2 vials while it was filling with his blood. Needed the blood draw for allergy tests. Quick, simple and easy.
