My husband and I fell in love with her "anything is possible, as long as you are willing to work for it" attitude. I began treatment with almost no movement in any part of my body due to the severity of my spinal cord injury. Ashley (PT) came in the room and lit it up. Not only was every single session fun, she made me want to work to impress her, simply because she believed in me, I wanted to show her that belief wasn't for nothing. Jessica (OT) came in willing to help with anything to make my transition easier, whether that be holding my daughter so I could sit up, or telling me it was okay if I hadn't reached a goal. I was switched to Deanna (OT) and Ruthann (PT) after about a month. These lovely ladies wiggled their way not only into my heart, but our family. Deanna immediately came in, with a smile not only on her face, but in her heart. Even if I couldn't do something, she would remind me of all the things that I had already accomplished, and helped me remember that everyone put the odds against me, and I was lucky to even be alive. Every single Tuesday and Thursday, there was excitement all over the house. My mom was excited to see her daughter proud of herself for being able to complete a new goal. My husband was excited to see his wife becoming herself again. My dad was excited to see his little girl move a new extremity. My daughter was excited to see the people that always acknowledged her and made her feel included. Most of all, me, excited to have these lovely women teach me how to find strength in such a horrible situation. Ruthann's place was taken back over by Ashley, but I will always cherish the time, and patience she had. Her honesty, and respect for me will not soon be forgotten. I'm so thankful she felt I was worthy enough to spend her time on. That's the thing about Cornerstone VNA PT and OT, they make you forget that they are there to do a job. They make you feel like not a thing is more important than every single session. They become family, and help you feel normal in such an abnormal state. I will hold these women in my heart forever, not just because of the incredible progress they helped me achieve, but because in my time of wanting to give up, they were there at any hour to tell me how impressed they were that a quadriplegic could become someone with paraparesis. I started not being able to move my fingers, arms, legs, and toes. I fully believe that without these incredible ladies, I may have never recovered. The people from Seacoast At Home Care did a truly great job of taking care of our mother at the end of her life. We chose to get 24x7 care, which required a crew of 6 to 10 people. Every one of them was great. Mother liked them a lot. Other family members liked them a lot. They were very professional, very nurturing, and very good to her. If you need in-home care for any reason, especially for an elderly person who no longer can take care of themself, I highly recommend Jan Scanlon and her crew.

I knew I had some gum issues and was just afraid of hearing terrible news. My husband has had a lot of dental work done throughout his life and absolutely hates going to the dentist. I am a really anxious person and in the past have not had many great experiences with doctors. I always leave feeling confused, defeated, and lacking answers. With Brentwood Dental Designs this is not the case! I feel like every single need I have is met. All of my concerns are validated and addressed. They give you answers to your problems. They are sensitive to the fact that it is your body and you have the right to choose what treatments you would like. They do not make you feel uncomfortable, pressured, or stupid for making your own personal choices, like other medical professionals often do. Dr. Tamatha Johnson is the kindest woman and she is extremely gentle when working. She doesn't just jam the tools into your mouth and rush like it is no big deal. She takes her time, explains everything that she is doing and why she is doing it. This can be said for the entire staff as well. They really make sure that you are comfortable. I cried at my first visit due to nerves and had a sensitivity to the anesthetic on my last visit, each time I was taken care of emotionally and physically by the staff. They tell you they have a good medical alert system in place and will notify you in an emergency. (Primary reason we are there.) Not so. My father fell and no one was alerted or notified. He was alone and a caregiver aid I privately hired found him on the floor with injuries. I brought this to the attention of management. No response. Nothing. No follow up. Just a blank stare. So, don't expect anything in terms of emergency. Residents are in their own. Meals are rigid. No flexibility whatsoever. The meal system is difficult if you don't want to race to a meal 30 minutes early then wait for an hour and a half, then, you are out of luck. Unless, you want to fill their forms out 3 times per day for every meal. Just a ridiculous system. Yet, you pay for it. Billing is terrible. No statements. They don't explain charges and they don't correct charges. They overbill. They sell you on the monthly charges and claim it's month to month. They rush you through a lease with errors. Then you find out it's a 3 month minimum and an additional 30 day notice. They don't disclose this at the outset. They state it's month to month. Just terrible business practices. Very false advertising and misleading. If you object or complain, they just ignore you. I'd be careful staying here. I think, they are dishonest.

Also they are pricing the residents out of the facility. Most residents are living on their retirement income. Once the monthly payment reaches above $3 to 4 thousand dollars, residents have to make a decision on what to do.
