I bought a gorgeous turquoise lizard brooch and took a brochure for the wind catchers outside to try to order later. My friend and I easily spent an hour inside roaming around looking at the gorgeous things inside - it's huge and has a back room down some stairs with even more furniture and decor. Staff were helpful and friendly and left us alone to wander around and take photos and look - not following us or being pushy and offering help only when needed or asked for. I appreciate that.

I bought a washer and dryer from Knowles. After a few weeks there was something wrong with the…read morewasher. I called Knowles. They told me they could not help me and gave me a number to call. I called that number numerous times and could not get a person to talk too. I called Knowles back and explained the situation. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. They wouldn't help me with the manufacturer or anything. It was basically "oh well so sad" This is the second time I have had problems with Knowles. I get better service from purchasing in Grand Junction and having it delivered. Avoid Knowles. For a local business they sure don't care about their local customers.

We purchased carpeting from Knowles home furnishings for our home in Moab in 2024. Our home has a…read moretile in the kitchen abutting the carpeted living room. The initial installation had a horrible seam visible the entire length of the room and had to be redone --and it was complete because we withheld our final payment. However, when we discovered that the entire edge along the tile was unraveling, and one area to a significant degree in less than a year's time, Knowles tried to blame it on "pet damage" and refused to honor any warranty. Preston (owner of Knowles) said he would contact the manufacturer, but after waiting 3 months, this had not happened. He continued to claim the unraveling was pet related, not because this unstable carpet should never have been installed against tile. When we expressed our frustration with his failure to follow through on his product, he simply hung up on us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING FLOORING BUSINESS WITH KNOWLES!!!!!

We checked out all the Moab stores looking for some Moab attire to take home with us. We were…read morewarmly greeted when we walked in here. And they had beautiful clothes. Very high end. North Face, Mountain Hardware and Under Armor with Moab designs on them. Very cool. The prices were higher than a no name shirt but the quality was much better also. In the back of the store there is a clearance area and clothing in that area is 50% off. You can get those same high end brands at a price not that much higher than the no name shirts at other places. Sadly the other reviews are from 8 years ago. We did not find them applicable at all. Both ladies working at the store were extremely nice and helpful. One of them even told us about their new store that they are opening and held our stuff that we were interested in while we ran over to the other store to see if they had something we would love even more.
