Well I believe that 99% of people that receive EXCEPTIONAL service end up writing a positive review about their experience! So here I am reviewing Habashy Photography's exceptional service. Backstory: My wife has been yearning for a family photo session for quite some time now. I, on the other hand, have been avoiding it at all costs. Three reasons: (1) we have a 3-year old, (2) we have a 1-year old, and (3) they're boys. Don't get me wrong. They're adorable and we need to capture as many pictures of them as we can while that cuteness lasts. But herding cats that caught on fire would be easier. Every time I try to picture (no pun intended) how the photo session would go, it ends with the photographer giving us back our money, putting his camera up for sale, and dialing up his psychiatrist. Along comes Habashy. To put it simply, he is the real deal. Talented, patient (I suspect he may even be a toddler-whisperer) and provides excellent all-around customer service. Talent: Not much I can say other than the dude has got an eye for this kind of thing. Habashy has an uncanny ability at turning a seemingly ordinary moment into extraordinary memory with one quick snap. Patient: As previously mentioned, we have 2 high-energy boys with the combined attention span of a fly with severe ADHD. Yet Habashy genuinely displayed the patience of a monk as he somehow got them to sit still, smile and even hug! Customer Service: In my opinion, this is the most important factor that makes or breaks any service regardless of quality. Once again, in this area, Habashy excelled. He was genuinely courteous and listened to all our needs. The turnaround was amazing. We got our pictures the very same day and they looked absolutely breathtaking. All-in-all, if you're looking for a photo session and have been hesitant whatever the reason maybe, just call on Habashy, show up, and have him take care of the rest. You won't regret it.

This is a full service photographer, don't confuse it with the mall photo booths…read more We started working with Kat Mack in late 2017 as we were shopping for someone to do a bucket list photoshoot my wife wanted. Since the shoot involved body paint it obviously had to be someone she was comfortable working with as many of those were fabric free. We met with Kat for a consultation and spent sever hours working on the details for the shoot. Time well spent in the quality of the final product. On shoot day we scheduled the entire day. Kat coordinated with a hair & makeup artist and a body paint artist - we were pleased with both. Kat's assistant also helped with the various housekeeping duties involved with staging and a half dozen wardrobe changes. Our shoot was smooth and well put together, her entire operation was coordinated and adapted to delays as necessary thru the day. Working with her for edits which required multiple iterations she was patient and very accomodating. Great quality takes time folks, it cannot be rushed so keep that in mind and factor into your photo projects. When quality and fantastic customer service is required this studio is the place to go.

I was contact recently regarding my review from Kat and she asked I remove I review. I am not removing my review. It is my point of view that 1. I spent $120 on Groupon for her services that never stated in the fine print that she would require and additional purchase with a min price of $600 with her Groupon ! Groupon refuses to give my money back so I now have a credit. 2. I feel a three star review now accurate assessment of the conversation and time she took explaining to me that she prefers to work with clients that can afford and are willing to spend and "invest" a significant amount of time and money! I explained I did not use her services as she described her services to not be a "good fit" for what I wanted. That is her right and I appreciate that thank you ! But I still feel you are worthy of an honest review which is three stars . Please don't ask me to change my view point ! Please don't harass me about my review ! I feel I was honest and accurate ! We tasked Sam with our entire extended family of 19 as well as five individual family portraits all in one day. It was immediately obvious Sam knows his business. He was able to pull off the most amazing portraits for all of us. He was fantastic with the kids and was able to get all of them happy and picture ready at the same time. Sang was professional and knowledgeable in selecting areas of our location for us to pose in, offering many options/shots for a reasonable price. However, the only reasons I would rate 4/5 stars is that the original promised deadline to complete the photos in editing was not met (about a day extra before receipt) and some of the poses may have worked for other body types, but were not a clear fit for us. Some of the otherwise lovely photos of us as a couple look like one of us is a serial killer harvesting a victim. This is not true of all of the shots and we definitely have enough to work with, but in retrospect, it is something noteworthy that I would want to be more aware of in the moment. Overall, I would hire Sang again in another need that did not require a hard deadline, and maybe would request to review some of the poses that may not have felt as physically natural to us as a couple since 9 times out of 10 those were the ones that didn't present as well in print.
