Not to mention…read morethat their pricing is highly competitive for excellent quality work installing lock and click luxury vinyl planks. They are very responsible, responsive and accommodating. They were not familiar with the underlayment I bought. So I looked up the installation video and showed them. I walked around to make sure things were done to my desire. It was really easy to talk to everyone on the team to communicate my ideas and they carried it out to a T. A few times, they had to take out some planks, fix the spot and reinstall. But they did that with a smile on their faces. What makes them really stand out is their humble spirit and pleasantness, cooperativeness. They went above and beyond to help me make my house beautiful. I'm so happy with the results. I have concrete foundation and the planks came with a thin underlayment pad attached. Initially I thought I would only need the 6mm polysheet, but having an underlayment made a huge difference in reducing the hollow sound coming from the plank itself and added softness. I had to reinstall half of my place (paid again for the reinstallation of course since it was more work added to the guys) because I only used the polysheet initially. So don't make my mistake.
